I have tried contacting (no phone number) thru an email several times to Cay to see where my merchandise was but each time I receive the same standard letter saying they will arrive in 5-7 days. Another victim of Cay Boutique! I also purchased the monogram towel through Groupon on December 4th as Christmas gifts. It is March 21 and I still have not received any product. I have tried to email the owner and copied Groupon several times. I even looked up the company sent a personal letter. Finally, I received an apologetic email on Feb 2 and stated my order will be shipped within 3-5 days. On March 1 received email with tracking number and the tracking number shows that the label was created, but not shipped. As of March 21, still no product.

Do not buy from this company! I placed my order on December 6 and still have not received it! The company is not responding to my emails. They took the money out of my bank account as soon as I placed my order. I got this through Groupon, and they haven’t been helpful either. I won’t be buying any goods from Groupon again either. I received one email from them with a order confirmation in June and then another one in July with an apology that the order was delayed but would be received soon. I ordered the bride and groom towels through a living social deal for $4.99 in september 2016 – 7 months ago. I got some sort of “sorry, we’re behind processing orders, give us 3 weeks to catch up, pinky promise” email afterward and then never heard from them again. I eventually left a review on living social complaining I never got my order. Well, now I get an email today saying they cancelled my order due to “unforeseen circumstances.” so I checked and saw they are now offering the same towels on groupon for $18.99, over 3x the amount I paid… And from what I can see their track record isn’t so hot over there either. I can only conclude that the “unforeseen circumstances” based on this are that they decided the money I paid wasn’t enough and that it was perfectly okay to breach the deal they made with me through living social by cancelling my order. Perhaps they also got offended by the poor review I left them on living social, stating I never got my order? If so, then boo frickin’ hoo, cay boutique, maybe you should honor your customers by getting them their products on time. The egg is on your face judging from all the other unhappy customers i’m seeing here as well as on groupon and living social. I’m declaring fraud, and a bait and switch. For the price they now want on groupon, I can get nice bath towels in mine and my husband’s favorite colors and have a place at my nearby mall embroider them instead, meaning I support local businesses, I won’t have to pay shipping, and everyone except cay boutique wins.

I paid and ordered monogrammed towels through Living Social from Cay Boutique on September 15, 2016. I have not received my product and I have received only one email from them on October 27, 2016 only AFTER i emailed them complaining that their product has not been received. In their email, they informed me that ” All orders placed on or before October 2nd are going to be shipped this current week, no later than Saturday; and delivered early next week. A shipment confirmation email has been sent or will be sent during this week, with the tracking number of your package.”. The wedding I ordered the towels for is this weekend. At this point, I just want my money back and an apology. This not only has guaranteed that I will never purchase from Cay Boutique again and encourage others to not as well; but, also, that I might not purchase anything through Living Social in the future since it seems these are the awful types of businesses that they promote.

I placed two orders to Cay Boutique on December 11, 2017 for personalized embroidered towels, through an offer from Groupon. The money was immediately deducted from my account from both Groupon and from Cay Boutique (shipping and handling). I received a confirmation number that day for both orders. These were Christmas gifts for my kids, nieces, nephews, and Godchildren. I received an email from Cay Boutique on December 22, 2017, stating that “processing time has been extended up to 4 weeks.” They also said in the same email, “We have received an overwhelming amount of emails and we are replying to every single message with an accurate status, fixing any issue and answering all your concerns. ” There is an email address listed on the email about my order but no phone number. I emailed the company four times between January and today. Today is Wednesday, May 10, and I have not received my towels, nor have I received a response to my emails. I also emailed Groupon and they pretty much said there was nothing they could do about it. I see so many complaints on this board that sound exactly like the problem I had. Clearly we were all scammed, but what I don’t understand at all is how Groupon is still sending out emails advertising this company’s “deals” and “services.” I am appalled. I want my money back, but more than anything I just wish I had my towels. I was so excited to give those as gifts because I have a pool and my nieces and nephews all come over to swim all the time. I had to tell them on Christmas, “Part of your gift hasn’t arrived but I will give it to you as soon as it does.” Well, don’t I look like an idiot! I purchased a Groupon voucher for 2 personalized beach towels from this company on May 26, 2017. I also paid an additional shipping and handling fee of $8.15 when placing my order on Cay Boutique website. However, today is July 25, 2017 and I have yet to receive my merchandise. I emailed this company four times; June 5th, 23rd, 29th, and July 5th. The first response back, they stated that processing takes about 10-16 days. So I waited and still no merchandise. So once again, I emailed hem and they stated I should receive it byet the next week. And once again, still no merchandise. In my next email, I informed them that the towels were ordered for an upcoming trip and I needed them by that date which was July 17, 2017. Still no merchandise and no response to any of the additional emails I sent. Needless to say, I went on my trip and had to buy beach towels for my trip. Not to mention, the personalize beach towel was supposed to be a surprise gift for my sister. Tonight I checked the status of my order and it still states that the order was unfulfilled. This is unacceptable. This company should no longer be in business and Groupon should not promote their company.

I purchased a voucher from LivingSocial. I submitted my order on Dec 22, 2016 at which time I received an email from CayBoutique saying thank you for the order and that I will receive an email when the item is sent. When I did not receive anything from them, I emailed them again on January 28, 2017. When I still did not receive a reply, I emailed them again on February 28, 2017. Once again I emailed them today. I researched them online and found many similar complaints with this company. LivingSocial was able to credit my LivingSocial account to allow me additional purchases on their site. I paid CayBoutique the $4.99 shipping fee so I am probably out that unless my c/c company will return that on my c/c. I will be reporting the CayBoutique to BBB. Buyer beware!

I purchased a voucher on Groupon on Dec 2, 2016 for a personalized towel from Cay Boutique. I went to the website to place the order and ended paying an additional charge for tax and shipping. This gift was going to be part of my Matron of Honor beach bag for my wedding. After multiple emails requesting to contact me and also providing my phone number. I received only 2 email response, one stating that they were in the process of taking care of all the Christmas items to get out on time and after that would turn their attention to the other items in order from when they were placed. It was estimated that it would take about 4 weeks. Ok. that sounds reasonable. Well 7 weeks later still no delivery. I emailed them again and they responded that a shipping notification had been created and that my towel would be on its way in the next 3-5 days. That was January 27th, 2017. I sent several emails after that with no response whatsoever even at the point that I was fed up and wanted a refund and of course no response. They have no other ways of contact on their website. I have notified Groupon several times and they refunded my money from the purchase of the voucher, but yet to have my tax and shipping refunded because they will not respond. It is now 2/24/2017 and still no response and no towels. Groupon was little to no help, but at least they respond to your e-mails.

I saw this deal on Groupon. You purchase a voucher from groupon for the personalized towels and then go to the Cay Boutiques website to place your order. After I already purchased the deal through Groupon, you also have to pay Cay Boutique for shipping and handling charges. I placed my order on Dec. 4, 2016 for Christmas gifts for my kids to surprise them about a trip we were going on! Well that never happened because I never received the towels!
