I’m not happy with the online shop. On Tuesday 26 October 2021 I went online searching for Samsung Galaxy Note 20 deal on the internet and I got on Cellucity website where they say they have the phone on contract deal, followed the website and I was so happy to see that the deal was still valid and it said ”stock available” I then called one Cellucity in Port Elizabeth South Africa the Walmer Branch and asked about the phone which the lady who answered said they dont have in store and I explained that I see it online which she said I can I apply online and I did. Initially I wanted Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra which was also stated it was available ”in stock”but my husband convinced me to take Samsung Galaxy Note 20,we applied online and chose Baywest mall Cellucity the sales assistant called us and we went to the store but to only tell us they DONT HAVE STOCK. What a disappointment, I mean why would your online say otherwise?? Why are you not updating your details online??? The Assistant asked us to give him a day to try to see if he can help us of which the full day yesterday (Thursday 28th October 2021) passed without hearing anything from him. Please help that I get the phone since it was advertised that it is available ” in stock” on your online shopping website.
