I have a very bad experience with CEX.IO. I have requested for a cash withdrawal on the 9th of August 2020 and it was processed on the 10th of August. yet and until this moment (8 of September 2020) I still did not receive any penny. I keep on sending them emails. at first they were apologizing for the delay and asking me to understand and be patient. now they are not answering my emails at all.
I have logged 3 complains to the FBI against their office in the US, to the Fraud Authorities against their office in the UK and the Gibraltar royal police against their office in Gibraltar.
also lawyer is preparing a case and will be sending them a warning letter. will be asking for huge compensation due to the damage they are creating to me.
be very careful when you deal with this exchange. and I hope that everyone that got scammed by them will log complains to the authorities. they are licensed exchange, therefore there are laws that should keep them liable.
