I purchased a pair of New Balance shoes from www.jessiegraham.com and recieved the wrong colored shoes, infact they were glow-in-the-dark shoes. Their website policy clearly stated that they honored free returns and exchanges. I contacted their customer service via email, explained their error and asked for an exchange. Their customer service rep replied and only offered a 10% discount on the wrong shoes that they had sent me. I replied and stated that this was uncacceptable and was in violation of their return policy and I told him that I wanted to return the shoes altogether. At which point he replied that there is much risk in returning shoes to China so he offered me a 20% discount on the wrong shoes that they sent me, meaning I would pay 80% for shoes that I didn’t want. Again, I replied with objection and asked for a 100% return of my money. Then he responded and offered a 25% discount on the shoes. My final response demanded a 100% refund due to their error and they then stoped the correspondence with no action. Upon inspecting the shoes, they look to be counterfeit. I have two pairs of new balance shoes that I bought from new balance stores in the U.S. and there is a quality difference to the ones that this Chinese company sent me. I also compared them to pictures online of the same model and they are slightly off-model. .
