Churchill Autos aka WFL Whosale Carexp did not stand behind the vehicle that they sold me. I live in Georgia and flew to Dallas last week to pick up the Cherokee that I bought. I really don’t know the in’s and out’s of a vehicle too welljust the basics. William, the man that runs the business, along with Bill, his mechanic a self imposed Jeep expert went over the Jeep with me. I took it for a test drive and noticed a subtle knocking coming from the rear end. Bill and William assured me that was normal due to the after market parts put in the rear end and that he had replaced the gears in there and they were fine. They were somewhat nice so I trusted them. Upon traveling about 1000 miles back to Georgia I took the Jeep to have it inspected thoroughly. With in one minute the mechanic told me I had a big problem and he was surprised I made it all the way home from Texas. Long story short, I’ve got to replace just about everything in the rear end of the Jeep, $2000 worth of parts and labor. I hvae sence then had to have the transmission fixed, which I don’t know if it is fixable or if I need a new one. And I also have to have the same work done on the front end. I emailed William, no response. I called William, no response. When I finally do get in touch with William he tells me, you’re a f*%$ing idiot if you think I’m going to pay for that Jeep to be fixed. I’ve got 200 satisfied customers a month and 1 or 2 that are upset don’t mean s*%$ to me. Vehicle sold as iseven when they did the work on the rear end themselves, which they said they did.
