I paid $200 for a necklace in July 2017, that I never received. It has been one excuse after another….moving, storm, re-setting up her work space. When I finally asked for a refund, my item had been miraculously mailed that day! I was given a tracking number, which never entered the USPS mail system. I was told to be patient, it might show up. Right. Then I got a burst of communication around November 2017, assuring me I was going to be taken care of. I was given a phone number, encouraged to call or text. Like a fool, I texted the number, and of course, got zero response. I am saddened to find out what happened to me, has happened to so many others! Shame on you, Eliza Gomez!

I had my concerns about ordering from
I had my concerns about ordering from this store because she has many bad reviews of late or never-arriving orders; however, I gave her the benefit of the doubt since I really liked her rings, and they weren’t too expensive. After a reminder/prompting email to her, I did finally get my ring. However, I was stupid enough to think that because she had sent me one ring, it would be ok to order more. She took my money, then simply refused to answer any of my very polite emails. When I posted on her facebook, asking if her gmail was valid because I hadn’t received any replies to my emails, she deleted my post and blocked me from her facebook page. Obviously, I am simply out the $50 she stole from me. Be warned…she seems really nice, and you might get an order from her…or you might not. She’s since been banned from Etsy for her fraudulent behavior.
