I ordered their book after receiving offer in mail. They haven’t sent anything yet, but they haven’t charged my credit card yet, either. I’m posting this hoping they are checking this site and sending the book to the people who are posting complaints. It looks like it takes several weeks to receive it, which is ridiculous, but I’d rather get the book one of these days than never. I’ll know when to expect it after my credit card gets charged.
