It is too bad to say that I cannot choose a single star for my rating! The sudden and unexpected loss of my job made me sign a contract with a quite cheap dental insurance company who would finance me to go to the one and only Dentistry of Nashville, 2125 Blakemore Avenue. Do they even know what a rip-off that clinic is?? They give you absolutely no privacy while offering consultation. You can literally hear each and every conversation coming from the other consultation rooms. On top of that, they will recommend deep cleaning for every client, because, obviously that will help them to burn a bigger hole in the pockets of the gullible patients like us. The scam does not end there. I went for Invisalign treatment, which meant I could pay once my treatment was completed. But after my cleaning was finished, which began only after they had made me wait for an hour in the waiting room, they immediately demanded the money. That was not according to the clause of my treatment terms. I was to pay by instalments. The most rude and unprofessional person asked me to hand in 1600 $ in cash. One hundred and forty dollars within that was meant for an electric toothbrush that was “specially made for Dentistry of Nashville”. On top of that, they charged me for the X-Rays and exams which they advertise to be free. The staff member who asked me for the money proceeded to bully me and demand for the money in the most uncouth manner. They could have informed me beforehand that I would have to bring the cash that day. I could have made arrangements accordingly. It would have been a lot cheaper if I could go to my earlier dentist and pay him in cash for my services.
