I have never had such an AWFUL online experience after over two decades on the internet with any other company whether international or domestic. Do yourself a favor and RUN from DHGate. They will not protect you if something goes wrong between you and the seller, but will only waste your time and act as if they are assisting. I have been waiting on my refund after I have provided PROOF OF DELIVERY that items have been returned to seller, for months. I am now out $1697.90, have no products to show for it, and my credit card company, Chase Bank decided they did not want to fight this company for whatever the reason and left me holding the bag. This has been the worst online experience I have ever had. I have posted reviews on TrustPilot and SiteJabber to warn other about this company. Interestingly enough, whenever I post a negative review online to warn other people about DHgate,com, someone named Honey (I believe someone who monitors their internet online reputation) will write a reply to my review and state they are willing to assist and when I try to contact this person regarding my case, she is nowhere to be found. Instead, I get the same inept reps who don’t know one end from the other and the EXACT same run around. I will continue to tell others about my experience anywhere I can and my next step is legal pursuit because I have had it with their lies. In conclusion, there are other sites that are reputable and that will protect you if something does not work out between you and the seller. This is not the one. .

It is not surprising that DHgate has many sellers that sell fraudulent products. Every site like them does. The difference is that DHgate claims to offer a level of protection. The problem is when you receive a fraudulent item they will do nothing in your behalf. I have two orders that I have used the return and refund feature with. I have written here about one of them, The other which is not completed yet has been going on for 7 weeks. I refuse to accept the second order of a product because I had ordered it before I was finished selling the first. After I made the order I had 40 people that I had sold to asking for refunds because the product did not work. It turns out that the sellers product which claimed to have 128GB of memory only had 8. After I refused deliver it was on hold in Seattle with DHL. DHL told me that the seller needed to call before they would return the item. I contact the seller several times and he did nothing. I contacted DHgate and they said they would contact the seller. I did this several times over two weeks. Each time being told they would contact the seller. They never once contacted the seller. Finally after 3 weeks of contacting the seller my self he called DHL. Then when the seller received and signed for the package he refused to mark the package with DHgate as received. Again I ask DHgate to intervene. I sent the the proof that the package had been received. Again they told me they would contact the seller. Again they never did. Finally after two weeks of contact the seller myself, he marked the package as received. Now days later and multiple contacts with DHgate they will not close the case. I contacted them yesterday and told them I would spread the word again if they did not close the dispute by today. Of course they did nothing.

They have long dispute times, months, and you must always respond in days. They put you in direct contact with the seller, whom speaks virtually no english. Offering minimal discount hopeful you will go away. Then request you pay to ship the package back at your expense till they, get approval from the seller to reimburse you back. So be ready to get the double wammy if you try to save by ordering from this company. So here is my story. Looking for a new fairing for a motorcycle, nice new paint job for the entire motorcycle, front, sides, back. Well $400.00 later I got it in a box. Beautiful it was till I started putting all the pieces on the bike. Nothing Fit ! I took pictures of old and new in comparison, submitted a dispute and started down a long nightmare with DHgate. Sure I proved there is a problem, I did as they said. Told to package it back up and ship it back to China. Just try to guess how much? And I am not guarenteed to be repaid, haven’t yet. Out my money twice. So if you are going to buy from Mainland China, get it at Walmart or else plan on getting bent over! Oh the bike, well I am taking the old fairing and repainting it. Ill order decals and it will look as good as the Chinese knockoff for the same price. Last, don’t expect your credit card company to protect you from these middlemen. DHgate knows you cannot touch them with a 10 foot pole, even if you can see them from your front porch.

In my case I opted to pay through DHGATE platform for buyer protection offered. The Seller demanded payment by T/T or WU and sent invoice. I refused and stated they advertised on payment which offered payment through platform. seller did not process the order. They usually send you the following invoices and will als use hotmail or outtlok accounts.

Ordered 5 x Garrett Pro Pointers from a user of DHGate only to later (about 1 hour) that they can’t be cheaper from China as they are actually made in the USA (derp.) So I cancelled the order while not shipped and in escrow. DH gate says 2 days for a refund on a debit card. 2 days ago. Now they say upto 15 days due to my bank. But I dont have a bank as its actually a paypal mastercard so its pretty instant. They are stalling and lying. Their customer service chat window is a bot. I recommend asking stupid questions as you’ll get no more or less sense than asking legit ones and its modertly humerous. I’ve lodged a compaint with paypal as i can’t phone their card fraud line due to a premium rate number being barred for my provider. But thats a seperate complaint… Avoid DHGate and all their scammer retail/whoelsalers. Most of the stuff is cheaper on eBay as a 1-of item anyway.

In mid to late 2013 I purchased an in dash audio/navigation system from DHgate. Paid for the unit and shipping. After receiving the unit, I had it installed. The technitian could not get the internal battery to charge so every time I started the car the system would have to hunt for a satelite signal. Also, the time indication in the auto mode was not my time zone but someplace quite far away as the time was 13 or 24 hours off. Also the CD player would not load any CDs therefore did not work. I contacted DHgate about the problems and they forwarded my complaint to the maker “egomall” (this is all I know about this entity as all communications went through this “egomall” on line). I did as was instructed and contacted egomall. They wanted evidence that the unit did not work which I sent them. This over a period of two to three months. They finally said to send the unit back and they would replace it. On 1/22/2014 I sent the unitback to egomall as instructed. I waited a month with no word. I contacted egomall again and asked what was happening. They asked me to send proof of shipping the unit which I did. Then they said they finally located the unit and would repair it. (Not send me a replacement as previously stated.) After more back and forth with egomall, they said they tested it three times and nothing was wrong. They sent the asme unit back on 3/37/2014. I paid to have it installed again. And again I had the same problems with the unit. It would not charge the internal battery. The navi system had to hunt for a setelite signal every time I started the car. The auto time was a completely wrong time zone. The CDs would not load. The remote control did not work. I contacted egomall again saying they did not fix the unit. They said there was nothing wrong with it and they tested it three times. I then sent them evidence that it had the same problems. And during this time, the touchscreen stopped working. I sent them evidence of this as well. Egomall said to send the unit back to them for a replacement. I asked them to send the postage for this. No reply. I then contacted DHgate “Customer Service” and have been in contact with them since the end of April. They finally said they could not help me that I had to deal with egomall. Egomall says to send the unit back for repair that they will not replace it. They do not send postage and do not answer my requests for this. I spent $177.28 for the unit. $68.95 for original shipping. $65.55 to send it back to them. And about $98.00 to have the unit installed and uninstalled. I aasked them for a refund of $311.78 as well as postage for sending the defective back to them if they wanted it. No reply to this from egomall. I am stuck with a unit that does not work at all (cannot even get radio stations) as the touchscreen is shot. DHgate won’t help. Egomall won’t respond. As far as I am concerned, DHgate is a company that should be put on a blacklist so that no one else geets ripped off. And do not let “egomall” off the hook either. They refuse to stand behind their products and do not know how to properly fix them.

A few weeks ago I purchased trainers from DHGATE but when the item was delivered the size was correct but the upper of the trainers were big and flimsy and my feet would slip from trainers it was impossible to wear so due to already having previous orders of trainers from DHGATE I asked for the item to be returned they would not allow this I then asked for a refund I then got abusive email from the seller so after contacting customer service they was just as bad the outcome was they did not listen or response to my concerns all they did say was it was the correct size that was delivered I then asked the person dealing with my complaint to pass on to a manager to review and look at my complaint this was never done

They said they refunded me long ago and if I still received nothing then I should blame my bank. If we check these orders we see twice the notification ‘The transaction is completed.’ Which payment are you missing? We think it’s incorrect. Every time they promise us an answer in at least 48 hour but I never get any response of them. I’m really irritated about the way my question is being ignored every time. AVOID DHgate and www.snitactical.com at all cost and if you got RIPPED OFF like many others have by snitactical, then SPREAD THE WORD! Social Media, YouTube, Forums, etc. All dhgate often does on these boards is use a canned response asking for order number and email. An order that was supposed to arrive on aug 21st wasn”t delivered on time. I opened a dispute since I travelled and didn”t receive the order. A few days later I was informed that it was delivered. Yet, I warned that I wouldn”t be at home to check if the order was delivered or if it was what I ordered or if the quality was good. Despite all this, DHGate confirmed the delivery. When I finally got home the package wasn”t here and the reception desk didn”t receive such package. When I informed DHGate of this I was told to contact the seller. Since I never confirmed the delivery and it was DHGate that confirmed against all the information I sent, even though I had had problems with other orders previously, I sent another message requesting an answer since DHGate was/is responsible for releasing the payment of an order that was not delivered to me. Since I never got any reply, I requested my account to be deleted. Customer service told me to send an email to [email protected] but I keep waiting for my account to be deleted. I want nothing else to do with DHGAte and I want to cancel any connection to DHGate.

Surprised that irresponsibility like this still exists and that some businesses still can’t get their stuff together and start working properly. DHgate.com I ordered (#[protected]) an item on DHgate.com [???, 8F Bldg A, U-Center, 28 Chengfu Road, Haidian District, Beijing, China. 100083] from Seller “du13” Paid in full by credit card. The Seller “du13” had 100% satisfaction rating (seems bogus, now), but sent the WRONG item. To add insult to injury, that wrong item DID NOT WORK. There was no manual in Chinese or English. No warranty. And very disturbing, there are no UL approval or FCC compliance rating. DHgate.com [in US: AVS. International INC./DhGate.US. in Chino Hills, CA] is a business to business sourcing site. Businesses listed on the web site are independent of DHgate. Most sellers are in China and through subscriptions and transaction fees are the main source of DHgate”s income. Whether the seller is reputable or not, DHgate cannot be expected to bite the hand that feeds them. The consumer is expected to research the individual company for themselves but a “positive feedback” rating cannot always be trusted. DHgate handles the sales transaction and are a portal for buyer-seller communication. DHgate trumpets their buyer protection escrow policy, but as some customers have experienced and posted, shipper notice of delivery of merchandise can trigger release of their funds. DHgate is not the scammer! But DHgate enables and is an advocate for businesses that scam. Warning: Returns and refunds can be difficult, expensive (shipping and customs fees), or denied by the seller. Before placing an order, a potential buyer should click the contact seller option. Brand name merchandise are often cheap counterfeits. Some consumers might deal with a reputable company, looks like a lot of consumers do not. Purchasing electronic items, any item with moving parts, jewelry and clothing from DHgate sellers is not recommended because the buyer cannot estimate quality or safety of material and manufacture or know whether merchandise even functions as intended until received. I promptly contacted DHgate customer service about the wrong item received … got “Tang Tang” the robot … (wonder if the name translates to “Blah Blah”) … save time and clicked live chat. I chatted with “Chell” and explained the problem. She was nice, but said I would need to chat with a supervisor. Silence. No supervisor. Chat ended. Note: It is very likely many DHgate Customer Service Representatives are moonlighting students attending nearby Tsinghua University. Their messages are very polite and have enough in common to indicate a basic scripted form reply. Most messages direct buyer to communicate with seller, a form to complete, policy pages to read, or to chat again with “Tang Tang”. I have learned that the “Customer” in Customer Service is DHgate”s seller. I sent a message through the DHgate internal message port and received a polite reply from “Barbie” who wrote, “you were disconnected before (Chell) could asked you the photos of the item that you have received that is why our supervisor was not able to open the dispute outlining the steps to complete a “Return and Refund” PROPOSAL form and upload photo/video of evidence.” I am to believe a supervisor does not know how to contact me? “Barbie” added, “DHgate.com customer satisfaction is something that we take very seriously and would never compromise under any circumstances.” Wish DHgate would take it more urgently. “Barbie” sent a page long list of all the hoops I would need to clear to successfully complete a PROPOSAL to the seller for a return and refund! So, I did, even uploading photos. You might see an example if DHgate replies to this post. Ultimately “Ellie”, a Customer (Seller) Service Representative for DHgate claimed it is not their mistake, I need to contact Seller ????????????? (Shi Ba Li Dian Xiang Zhou Zhuang, Bei Jing Shi Chao Yang Qu ):100122 doing business as “du13” directly to get the correct item shipped and their permission required to return wrong item … shipment and customs probably at my expense. I had already sent a message to the Seller, but “du13” has made no reply, nor are they required to reply. It is “du13” error to correct; wrong to make right; insult to me to recompense. “du 13” helps undermine the reputation and credibility DHgate and other businesses DHgate represents. But DHgate”s system generated process and timeframe policy works to the advantage of their sellers. Customer (Seller) Service Representative is ultimately stripped of any ability to service the buyer except to politely issue orders to comply with the rigors demanded by their authoritarian system. “Ellie” wrote, “If you and the seller will not reach an agreement on the given timeframe, then we will move on to the next step in requesting for DHgate Mediation so that an analyst can step in and resolve the case the soonest time possible. Since this is a system generated process we do follow specific timeframes regarding with the dispute process. We don”t have the option to expedite the refund.” DHgate will determine in up to 90 days whether to mediate or not. 90 days! Seems like DHgate and the seller is counting on the customer to forget about the scam while the deadlines expire and their money disappears. “Ellie” thoughtfully sent instructions of how they wanted me to complete the “Return and Refund” PROPOSAL form. I replied that I had already performed all the steps “Barbie” listed BEFORE “Ellie” wrongly concluded I had not. Even more ridiculous, “Ellie” told to click “Request DHgate Mediation”. When I did I received the following offensive automated reply: “You cannot request DHgate mediation for your dispute yet.” “Sil”, yet another DHgate Customer (Seller) Service Representative messaged, “All your correspondence with our Chat Team are recorded, checked and evaluated every day. Any misinformation given will result in appropriate actions from our management.” I sincerely hope “Sil” was NOT intending to threaten me or any prospective Buyer. If so, it evidences doing business through DHgate could mean sellers who send the wrong or defective merchandise can count on DHgate to frustrate and intimidate victimized Buyers. A prospective buyer should be seriously asking themselves if their enticing low price is worth getting entangled into DHgate”s labyrinth of obfuscation. This is the world of “China Scam” identified by 1 – sending wrong merchandise or no merchandise, 2 – sending defective merchandise (especially electronics, anything with moving parts, jewelry or clothing), 3 – sending false shipment tracking numbers, 4 – bureaucratic delays (90 days!) in processing orders or refunds, 5 – no returns, prohibitively expensive refunds, 6 – partial or no refund, 7 – no communication or blocked communication. Indeed, DHgate.com Blocked my message communication: “ACCESS DENIED: You don”t have permission to access “http://dg.dhgate.com/myaccount/csmsg/leavemsg.do?” on this server. Reference #18.4d94dc17.[protected].4e87a469″ I posted this development on a scam alert website and the block was removed the next day. Coincidence? IMPORTANT: On the day I received the wrong merchandise I promptly contacted my Credit Card company to dispute and remove the DHgate charge. It is a very good thing I did. DHgate had just issued a payment demand for “du13”. The credit card company will do a scam investigation and hold payment. Paypal does the same, but I”m not sure DHgate accepts Paypal. Your credit card company may be the ONLY advocate you have dealing with dishonest Sellers represented by DHgate. If a consumer pays by check, money order, wired funds or money-gram they won”t have that help. DHgate”s deception continues: “This is Amy from DHgate Customer Service Center … For this order, we have contacted seller by email, please pay attention to the recent reply.” I checked, Amy is mistaken, there is NO reply from Seller “du13”. I think their continued silence incriminates “du13”. I wonder if it may be lawful in China to ship a buyer an item of equal or greater value if the merchant is out of stock? Even so, it is not lawful to send an item that does not work. In my case the scam appears to be “du13” selected a different item of equal or greater value from their malfunctioning returned merchandise shelf and disposed of it by shipping it to me hoping to collect my payment. And I”ve noticed employees invest considerable time and resources protecting DHgate”s public image. Posts like this on some scam alert web sites were promptly avalanched by brief but incredibly favorable “five star” DHgate.com posts (my guess posted by rewarded or coerced DHgate employees). A potential buyer checking DHgate on some scam alert sites will read numerous favorable DHgate reviews before coming to a negative one. It speaks volumes to me about DHgate integrity. DHgate efforts would be better served by expelling their dishonest sellers. One would think DHgate management (are you listening Diane Wang Shutong, CEO?) will figure it would be more cost effective to quickly refund customer”s money than to risk losing more buyers. At the June, 2018, Global E-Commerce Summit in Barcelona, Wang said, “Trust is the first step for brand building, ” and “It”s also something we can contribute to.” There are a lot of online posts warning buyers not to trust DHgate. Seems to me there is a breakdown in communication between Wang, DHgate 90 day refund delay tactics (that Wang, no doubt, approved) and her Customer (Seller) Service Representatives. “Ellie”, or some other Customer (Seller) Service Representative, politely removed or erased all messages in my file between myself and DHgate. DHgate should know that I kept a record of all of the messages. I messaged DHgate to restore the removed/erased messages. So far, no response. I filed a complaint at www.eConsumer.gov who, when enough complaints are received, will do something better than collect complaints. If you have been scammed by a DHgate seller, then please file a complaint with eConsumer.gov. I hope readers of this post find enough evidence to at least BEWARE doing business with DHgate because Sellers who do scam customers have a partner in DHgate who will advocate for their dishonest actions. “Forewarned is forearmed”. Blaming myself for being so naive. DHgate is obviously the worst place for shopping. I wish I had known about it. I have been trying to return a camera I bought from them for 5 weeks. Nothing works out. There are dozens of vendors on this particular Web site making identical claims, and the site has first-page Google visibility for the search term “1000mw LASER”. There is a 1, 000 Milliwatt PEN LASER (powered by two AAA batteries) – with a “star cap!!! What a joke!!! Obviously, this entire site (DHGate.com) is a rip-off – at least where LASERS are concerned, since there is NO WAY that dozens of vendors would make identical typographical errors in their descriptions, adding an ‘extra zero’ to their product’s power rating. I only show a few examples here, but there are many more on this one Web site alone, and hundreds more on the Internet as a whole. Everyone is trying to cash in on that ‘magical’ four-digit power number. One Thousand Milliwatts – and even Three Thousand Milliwatts – It has a nice ‘ring’ to it, doesn’t it? There are thousands of people who know shinola about LASERS, who may purchase their first LASER there… and get totally ripped off. Now, one might say that I may have jumped the gun in my judgment here, but let me tell you that I’ve dissected so many LASERS, that I know from whence I speak. What is shown on their Web site is FRAUD and MIS-REPRESENTATION. Their own ads are a contradiction. Well, a 1, 000mw LASER is Class IV; NOT Class IIIb, and certainly NOT “Class B” because there is no such category as “Class B”. 500mw or above puts a LASER into Class 4 – an entirely different ‘animal’. A mistake? A Site-wide type-o? No, I don’t think so. Ad #4 avoids listing the “class” or “Safety Grade” entirely, probably because the seller knows that a 1, 000mw Class IIIb LASER is a non sequituer. A lie of omission is still a lie. Customer – Nicola Solman Purchase order – [protected] I bought a wedding dress from the DH Gate website, it is too big, not fit for purpose, not as described and I want a full refund. I contacted DH Gate to request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. In a court of law a consumer has a 30 day period to request a full refund, not 7 days. I have gone through all the correct channels to resolve this but have had nothing that resembles a fair response, let alone resolution. I have tried to reach a resolution with the seller, but they are ignoring my requests and have used the language barrier to further avoid my concerns or options for resolution. I therefore opened a dispute for DH Gate to mediate, which to my absolute disgust and horror has been closed apparently due to not submitting evidence on time. The photographic evidence was already sent to the seller via the DH Gate resolution centre, it is clearly there online, and I also resent it as part of the dispute (a picture of the dress with a tape measure in position – why I needed to do this I have no idea). This is unfair, unjust, and clearly breaks the law. To say I am both shocked and disappointed at the lack of customer service or respect for any kind of consumer rights laws is an understatement. Other people must be suffering similar issues with this company. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund but been brushed off and all I am offered are useless responses, if at all. I even suggested that if the dress can be sent back to the seller and another sent to me in a US size 4, free of charge, we may be able to reach an agreement. None of this has happened. I have said to DH Gate that they have until Friday 12th January to completely resolve this issue otherwise I will be forced to begin court proceedings. Before sending this product we had informed the concern to check the item and ship it as it is long route from the place of receiving. If not happy, you’re supposed to get your money in escrow back. Sorry, not today booby. You may get part of it back, as I did. The product I ordered from charming_price through DHGate were fake AND defective. Not only could I not sell them, I couldn’t use them myself. Basically, you have a scammer protecting a scammer. Do not buy anything from dhgate.com I unfortunately bought a asics trainer from dhgate. The trainers arrived late, not in a box but a plastic bag. The size was incorrect, I ordered a 45 and received possibly a 42 and to make matters worse it was a counterfeit, a fake, a chinese knock-off. I attempted to contact dhgate to return the trainers, I emailed on numerous occasions, no response. I tried finding their uk number and address – address and telephone, neither is available. Frustratingly they then send you an email saying that despite my emails informing them of my dissatisfaction and dispute that they have released my money to the retailer because I did not dispute it. Wow!!! I have now reported the site to various uk authorities and i”m intent on shutting the site down or at least warning others off the site. Got part from spidsafeshop. Yeah right. At least they replaced the faulty part with another faulty part. Both times I was assured they had been tested. I sent them the second part back for a refund. Now they say they haven’t gotten the part back which I sent over a month ago. I’m not getting the warm fuzzy either. I don’t think the site intentionally scams you. Hi All, I have order iphone 6s clone on dhgate (PO: [protected]) and my hell of experience started there. 1. Seller shipped the item by quoting wrong price (Actual price i paid was USD 171) seller has quoted USD 85 and has shipped the product through DHL without proper documentation to prove it as not a iphone but a clone. 2. Indian customs asked me to pay customs thinking it a iphone 6s and it was valuated at USD 550, we contacted seller many times to give proper documentation, all he replied was “any tax, customer should pay” finally i paid 170$ customs. here the total cost of a clone product went upto 340$. 3. Once i got the product it was found to be defective. it was not detecting the SIM in india. then when i contacted dhgate and seller they asked me to return it via india post quoting it as USD10 and as GIFT on top of the item. 4. Since india post does not ship the electronic items which has battery i had to contact seller again and then dhgate again, seller said me he wants it to be shipped as USD 10 and as gift item and only through india post which is not possible hence i contacted dhgate they said me to ship the product through available courier, once the product is reached china we will refund you amount. hence i shipped it through DTDC courrier by paying around 65$ again. now my total cost of product came to 405$. 5. The returned package has reached china and the seller was asked to pay customs from china customs. but seller has not paid customs there and has asked it to return back to me. In the mean while i have given all the evidence proof to DHgate on how seller is playing around by not accepting the package nor agreeing for refund. if the package gets returned to india we need to again pay 65$ to take back the package. 6. Dhgate customer service keeps saying they have submitted the report after report when even you contact them and then nothing goes for weeks together. 7. Dhgate is neither taking responsibility of replying to my mails sent to them with attachments not they are acting on the refund process. 8. Its seems like dhgate does not care about customer but only seller. We are going through hell of exprience from Dhgate and the seller called as ibaby888. We are yet to get our refund. i will suggest each and everyone to stay away from this seller and website for all the bad experience we have gone through and losing 100 of dollars in the process. Hi everybody, Never buy anything from dhgate.com I spent more than $900 to buy some phones, MP3 Players and camera. Then they sent me few toys which looks like phones, MP3 Players and camera. Hi i am totally upset now with dhgate, i am a regular customer on their site. I purchased my items from them. Now i made a mistake, because i gave instant positive rating to a seller without inspecting the goods. I opened the box and i saw there are Sublime de Chanel mascaras in that. Those were absolutely different from the original, the item”s size was 10g on it, during the original one is 6g… so after i noticed these items are absolutely knock off and were different from the seller”s listing…Dhgate has an “after sale dispute option” which does not work in my case. Representative just ignored my valid pictures and said those are insufficient without any reason and closed the case and released the payment to seller. Now i have fake Chanel items and i cannot sell it cause these are counterfeits.. Seller id: king2028 with only 90.9 positive rating. I would like to get back my money for this order or i will complain further to Chanel and i will seek the brand”s owner and my credit card company for chargeback!! My email is: [protected]@gmail.com

Hi I have ordered sefora lipsticks on December 17 and haven”t received yet. I sent msgs to seller he always replied don”t worry you will get it be patience. The seller name is STEAMEDBREAD. Then I disputed but I haven”t heard from them. It”s about 3 weeks. The seller is lier. And I don”t know where to complain to DHgate. I am very upset never ever order from this seller. Be aware

Hi I need your help as I been left hopeless for counterfeit goods from the customer service team of dhgate.com also the supervisor Paul and the head of investigation department zico i have many trail of emails to shows On April 2017 I purchased smok osub 40w vape e pen from electronic_lab worth $570, which was clearly stated authentic also the seller confirmed on message it was authentic but it wasn’t now the seller is ignoring my message and dhgate is not helping me at all, The vape e pen did not work at all the device stated check otimiser which means its not connected properly also inside the structure was different to the original, the print was not the same and was easily rub’d off Zico and Paul both promised me a full refund as soon as the seller has funds in his account but they clearly lied because he made 16 sales after my transaction order no [protected]. Hi I ordered an item of 55 silicone bracelets from DH gate Nov.24 2011. It is now Feb.6 2012 and I still have not received my item. The seller tells me I confirmed I got it and released him the payment. He told me to talk to customer services. I asked for a tracking number and he gave me one. It turned out to be false there was no record of that number. Customer service told me to settle it with the seller. I am now out $42. I not only have been given the run around but thee people have been rude to me and added emo cons with silly faces like them sticking out their tongues at me.

Hi I purchased 3 men”s hiking pants as a Christmas gift for my husband and my 2 sons. I ordered 1 size small and 2 size large. They don”t fit them. they do not have the size on the pants. They really like them but they are too tight, they can”t wear them, they can”t even get them on. I”m trying to find out how to return them?
