I didn’t think he would be so rude and careless. I was fooled by his numerous online reviews. I believed he was a responsible and caring doctor. I didn’t know he was a horrible person who doesn’t care about his patients at all. He wouldn’t talk to me properly. He called me irritating and joked about my appearance at least 4 times in my first visit alone. I have trigger finger and that’s why I had visited his clinic. His staff wasn’t any better as well. They were too busy in God knows what but they were surely not working on my appointment. They wouldn’t listen to me. Unless you shout, they wouldn’t even notice you are there.

But Dr. Brian was far ruder than his staff. When I finally got to meet the guy, he took a look at my condition and without discussing that, he got busy on the phone. He was on the phone for around 20 minutes while I was there waiting for him to finish. Then he left the room and I was still waiting for him to come back and prescribe me some treatment. I didn’t know what to do and I kept waiting there. I can’t tell you how irritating it is when you’re being made to wait for no reason at all. He came back to the room at least 15 minutes later and the first thing he said to me was ‘I hope your Fat a** didn’t get sore by waiting for a few minutes’. Then he laughed. That was rude. Even though he said that jokingly, he should’ve been a little more professional. I didn’t expect him to be of such nature. I expected to meet with a professional and caring doctor, not some kind of buffoon who doesn’t know how he should talk to his patients. He had made similar remarks at the beginning of our meeting as well. When he came back, he asked me to tell him everything all over again. Apparently, he forgot we had just discussed. I told him everything about my symptoms and condition. Then, he prescribed me some medication and told me to give some rest to my finger. I had to visit his clinic for 2 weeks. And the visits were frequent because Dr. Brian wanted to keep a close eye on my condition. After 4-5 visits, when I told him that I had gotten better, he did another physical exam and suggested me to undergo surgery. And after an entire day of me thinking of undergoing a surgical procedure, he called me later and told me he was joking. I don’t know what kind of doctor he is but he is surely not worth my time or money. That guy is way too unprofessional and irritating. He talks rudely, he doesn’t respect his patients and he thinks too highly of himself. If you are looking for a decent doctor, then Dr. Brian isn’t the right choice.
