SCAM! I had a lot of reservations about this job too – the same as what was pointed out above. They were very vague and evasive about what I would be doing – and made me sign a waiver too, regarding payment and medical issues. Big Red Flags! The 2nd interview consisted of driving out to the exurbs, to a place I was completely unfamiliar with. The trainer was a cool enough guy – but just out of college and obviously a bit naïve. After an hour of walking door-to-door in a medical office complex (even entering businesses that had “no soliciting” signs!) I had had enough – and I asked him if he could just drop me off at a nearby Metro stop so I could get home. He actually said I could either get dropped off at the closest bus stop or I could call someone to pick me up! Luckily, there was a Metro stop right around the corner. What got to me is that there are probably PLENTY of people, who if put in this situation (especially if the weather was bad) could have been in a serious jam!!!!!! These kind of companies should be outlawed. .
