I used DCI (Driveway Concepts Inc, Quakertown) to seal our driveway. It was an easy process in the beginning. They used Google Search to find my house, gave me an estimate at $325 which was cheaper than the other companies. They came out a week later, sealed our driveway but did not complete the job. When they were here, they had 2 workers. The one worker told me that they had to leave a 12′ x 8″ section that falls over into my backyard because they did not have a small brush to complete but the job plus we just got our backyard concrete done & they were apprehensive to finish it. But the worker mentioned that I should call DCI & tell them the situation & they will come out & complete the job. I’ve been calling for 4 WEEKS now & I believe I’m getting the run-around. They keep telling me I’m on the schedule but never show up. I call back & they take my call & keep rescheduling me & rescheduling me & rescheduling me but never show up. I tried to speak with the Managers and/ or the owners but they won’t take my calls!! As of now, I spoke with Brittany (a worker) & Tara (manager) on Friday & they told me I was on the schedule for today, Mon 6-22. I called them first thing to re-confirm I was on the schedule, I WAS NOT on the schedule for today. They told me I was rescheduled over the weekend due to the rain but it did not rain this weekend. They told me I should be on the schedule for either Wed or Thurs, something tells me I’ll never see them again. All I want is my job to be completed. It’s not asking much. I paid them by check, they cashed the check & the Mgr & Brittany did tell me that this section “should” be included with the job but yet they won’t come back to complete. I’m just not understanding this at all. I have been VERY patient with them up to this point. I never got nasty OR loud over the phone. Just pleaded with them to please complete my job. They sounded compassionate but apparently that doesn’t matter. I did post on their website too & saw there were other complaint on there as well. I’m VERY frustrated at this point. I dislike complaining about people/business’ but this is just “not good business”. Ok, not sure what can be done but I would like someone to contact them to find out what their problem is.
