MY COMPANY GIVES ME ONE JACKET A YEAR AND ALSO ONE CAP, but this year they had forgot to add a name on both. so I took it to this shop and the lady told me that she could fix them both and took a picture of my old cap to see what I wanted and needed. Well instead of them writing the size down that was need ed for the cap they went by the picture which was 3 sizes to big and it looks like chit. My jacket was to have this one word as if they had written it on but they did not they put what they wanted and the size they wanted. Now my jackiet has a hole in it. Not sure I want to wear either. very disgusted.
