My pregnant wife was in an accident and it was the other driver’s fault. The other driver’s insurance said they would provide a rental car. On August 31, 2011 we picked up the rental and dropped it off September 7, 2011. I took the rental car because I did not feel that the car was safe for my wife. It was a Chevy HHR. Before we inspected the car, the Enterprise agent mentioned that he could not get the rental car washed and he said he would waive the gas cost because of it. When the Enterprise agent and I did the walk-through, his approach was rushed and aloof and I told the representative about all the damages I saw: marks on both front and back bumpers, scratches and dings to the side door and the hood. He didn’t write them down. I ask him “Aren’t you going to write this down?”” and he replied “”We know about the damages already on this car so no need to worry.”” Since he seemed confident about the status of the car
