   ESP-chat.com is another fraud and obvious scam exactly like Tara-Medium.com. They send out these “convincing” pre-scripted emails from some outsourced server in Nevada and China, hoping you will take the bait. They then ask for an absurdly low fee of $2 per month to predict your future and run out the door. I first knew it was a scam when I looked up this company”s dodgy history. The reading didn”t get one thing correct about me besides not winning the lottery. Actually they didn”t even get that right as I did already win a mini-lottery inside the UNITED STATES but that”s beside the point. The company ESP Chat is basically a fraud and must be avoided at all costs, as I decided to unsubscribe before even trying their deliberately deceptive service. Glad I did. People need to do their due diligence with anything that you find online. If an amazing psychic says he/she is going to “get rid of all your problems” and charge you $2 per month to do it, they are obviously either not confident in their skills or simply a scam. Real actual psychics do not ever charge for a visit and when they do any advanced consultation, the fee is as high as $160 because they offer quality service. Its easy to tell the reputable ones from the scammers because most scammers can”t pay anyone to give them good testimony, & real psychics have hundreds of names/videos of people they helped offered free. I think anytime you got a question about a company/psychic or anything else, do a quick search on them. Reviews tell the whole tale. Be smart about it, because the internet is littered with scams. (And they”re very deplorable & obvious today)

   fraudulent charges I was foolish enough to believe the over 60 emails which assured me over and over that the charge for a year was $24. I paid my $24 on 2/10/2013 and visited the site maybe 3 times finding it not impressive. In March my money situation was pretty tight, when suddenly on 3/11/2013 a charge from ESPChat.com for $39.99 came through my bank. This unauthorized charge caused an overdraft charge, since I was not expecting this fraudulent charge. I sent them a message demanding my money, the first couple of messages were totally ignored. Finally they refunded the $39.99, said nothing about the overdraft they had caused and nothing about the $24 (the 60 plus emails said if not happy that the money would be refunded. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint they reluctantly refunded the $24 but refuse to refund the overdraft charges. I NEVER signed up for any additional services at this site and did not authorize $39.99 much less getting stuck with a $33 charge because I thought this was a reputable company.

   Hello i am just emailing you all to inform you all how your phychics are so rude they was talking to one customer for a short lil minute and then they cut me off and went to another customer as well im not sure if everybody was wondering just like i was of what was going on with their conversations they are very very very short. And i am going to need my refund back please and thank you.

   I am writing to complain about the ESP Hair Salon in Norfolk, Nebraska located at 2606 Norfolk Avenue Phone: 371-1135. My friend purchased a $50 gift certificate for me there and it had a very short expiration date on it. When I couldn’t redeem it in time, I called to ask them if they would still accept it, since it was a large amount. Instead they told me that it was their money now and they didn’t have to give me anything. Very rude on the phone. This salon has no customer service and I will complain about their terrible services anywhere I can until they decide to practice better customer service for me and past customers or they go under. Don’t go to this salon! They will rip you off! Just like they did to my friend!

   I don”t have the information you want about “ESPCHAT” they have a phone number, but if I leave this page to get it I”ll lose it. The problem is, I”ve e-mailed them several times and with no response. I”ve clicked on their prompts and type in my subject but never get a response, I just wish I could get my MONEY back because it now seems like a bad investment because I didn”t spend more money to join the -(ie) ” INNER CIRCLE” as one psychic put it.

   I had come across an advertisement, which is why you guys are having so many customer complaints. I thought that 12$ for the year was it, then I get charged 40 more dollars for what, free ten minutes? All I was trying to do was get a tarot card reading, and instead found my account charged for something I don’t even want a part of. I have emailed you twice, called every day, multiple times a day for the last week and have always heard the Auto message that the lines are closed. This is Unacceptable. I would truly appreciate some customer service, since your so willing to take someones money you should have an open phone line. whomever can refund me FULLY, needs to do so very soon. To anyone new, this is NOT worth it, advertising scam on all points. I do not doubt that there might be some value in the people who are in the chat rooms and such, but whoever they’re working for is honestly just screwing them over. This is how you loose business.

   I had ordered this crap like 3 -6 months ago i have never used it at all i started asking for a refund the day i ordered and have not gotten a response at all in three months. What is that all about. I woukd really like my money back (24 dollars) back to my card would be nice i mean i have two small children and really need the money for food

   I have been getting numerous e-mails from Golden Girl that I can not stop!!! I have unsubscribed I don’t know how many times, I have replied to her e-mails, and I continue to receive them. It’s quite annoying. I have tried to edit my e-mail address within my account on the espchat website, but it won’t even let me change my e-mail address. Don’t get me wrong, I thoroughly enjoy the group chat, it’s an entertaining break from my day. Entertaining…the key word. I really don’t want to cancel my subscription, because there are a couple of the gals on there that I really do enjoy listening to and talking to. The addition of e-mail readings is also nice, but unfortunately, Nora isn’t on the list. But, if I can’t get the e-mails from Golden Girl to stop, I will have to cancel my subscription.

   I have tried to cancel my subscription to esp chat, they have taken 39.95 off my credit card. No one will answer me and when I did get an answer the email they sent me was unreachable. I would like something done about this matter. To get my money back and to cancel my subscription. Anne . Maybe a phone number that’s legit where I can unsubscribe and cancel the site and get my money back!

    i paid for “Melody” a pyshic to provide several readings and to join the “Inner Circle so that any pysic could respond to questions when entering site. Have had no contact from “Melody ” or even been able to be able to enter this so called “Inner Circle”. I was charged 35.99 on my credit card for this service which I have not received When entering this site you receive someont to read the tarot cards which is not what I was to receive. Thank you

    I signed up for their one year subscription. Then I did a private chat and they charged my card for more than the invoice amount twice. On the first invoice they said it would be $87.78 they charged my card for $47.88 three times and then did a credit for $47.88. Which is still more than the invoice said. On my second invoice they said the charge would be $44.85 and they charged my card for 47.84 twice and did a credit for $47.84. AGAIN more than the invoice amount. Also the consultants link stopped working in the middle of my session so I was charged for time that I didn”t get. I have emailed them with no response. I would like a credit for these charges as they are not the same as the invoices. I would also like my subscription canceled and refunded for that as well.

    I somehow got on their email list. The emails were “letters” from psychics on the site’s employ. They all sounded so urgent, having visions about me (HA!!), to the point of keeping them up at night (HAAAAA!) and needing to relay crucial messages, that I am so close to a breakthrough, etc. I fell into a low point in one particular week and was vulnerable enough to wonder if I’ve been scoffing at help all along. This was a while back, so I don’t remember the price, and odds are the price has only gone up since. I do remember that it was a lot for a “basic” membership. The “basic” membership was crummy: everyone herds themselves into a group chat and the members fight and elbow for the attention of a frazzled psychic with whom you are allotted 3-4 minutes before they have to move on to the next. If that isn’t bad enough, there was a lot of overlap between those who feel unsatisfied so their turn isn’t yet over, and those who were next on the queue. The psychics were active for about a half an hour, so that could fit in maybe 7 if it goes as scheduled. But there were DOZENS in the chat. So trying to get a reading of any sort was like trying to catch a train ride in India, you’ll be lucky to have an eave to hang off of if you’re not squeezed off first. 4 times out of 6, the queue was so long, I never even got a chance! What made it worse still was that I happened to catch that very psychic whom I have been receiving emails from. And wouldn’t you know, speaking with her in real life it turns out, she didn’t know me from Adam! So all those messages about “visions” and “revelations” and keeping her up at night, urgent messages of destiny pertaining to only me, were all a lie! Figures. The “basic” membership offered you an upsell of a private psychic reading for, if I remember, was upwards of 100$. In ADDITION TO the basic membership fee??!? So I have to pay a fee just to be sold into paying another fee, does that sound good to you? Why couldn’t I just have gone straight to the private reading without the membership?!? Judging by the group “chat”, the psychics have an egg timer and they’re watched very closely by the site minders about abiding by the time limit per member. Between the feeling of being watched, the time constraints and the crush of inquirers all begging like needy children, no wonder they look so frazzled! So, I cancelled my membership. And I took that opportunity to not only relay the frustration of the overall crappy experience, but to call them out on their lying to me while posing as one of their own employees who, up until the chat, never knew I had ever existed. I am glad they honored the cancellation. I got a disappointing (but expected) lukewarm response from them of “Sorry to hear that you’re leaving, you’re welcome to come back if you change your mind!” and they honored my request to cancel. I hear others have not been so lucky! Please, whatever you do, DO NOT pay for these kinds of things (like auto charge “memberships”) with a DEBIT CARD! You’re pretty much giving them a key to your home and trusting them to only use it when you want them to, who does that with strangers?!? If your credit sucks, try a secured credit card or a pre-loaded card like bluebird. If they try to steal an extra hundred and you only loaded the original purchase amount, they’ll come up short and your money will remain “safe”.
