I bought the Saab 93 on the 5th of May this year and I find myself having to return it quite a few times to have little things fixed at this should have fixed a marker lights and a wheel well was broken and little things like that and I guess it got to the point that they didn’t want to do it anymore so what did they do when I told them that the side view mirror on the passenger side popped off and broke on the way home they accused me of breaking it with a hammer or a screwdriver and they said that would never of happened there is no way that that the mirror glass would have popped off the glass part just the glass part and they did this right after they installed a grill on to the car and at that point they wanted a signature for the grill and I went ahead and started writing it down he was holding my key away from me and he actually grab the paper with me holding on to it in a quick motion of me over the counter in an aggressive manner pointing his finger in my face across the counter yelling at me. Other customers were in the waiting room. yelling at me you broke this with a screwdriver your lying and as I turned around and walked out I said to him thanks for nothing and he said I’m not working on your car anymore and I’m only 3 weeks into a 60 day warranty When I bought the car they kept a few things from me. They new this convertible leaks. Not just a little but it gets saturated around the entire perimeter such that the seats get wet. This is a 2005. They said”all convertibles leak.” I know that they knew because I leaks if you wash it and they washed it. Then they didn’t give me both sets of keys when I did the paperwork and when everything was done and I didn’t have to do any more paperwork with deal with them for the car after the purchase they gave me the second set of keys and using a special case it’s not just a piece of metal it is plastic and special I it was melted the second one was melted on the top it was actually melted into a gooey mess. They were very unprofessional
