June 11, 2013 I was very excited over the concept of lower my Mortgage payment’s with my Bank. I followed exactly what they wanted from me; which was very personal information, and my payment of $1995.00. On May 6, 2013 they E-Mailed me regarding a scheduled appointment to talk to my Bank; a Brenda would call me with an update after they talked to my lender, advising me not to talk to my lender until the process was finished. I have tried to call, E-Mail, & look on their website to get an update on the status of my loan modification; but they have all disappeared. Today I looked up Family 1st & noticed the Ripoff Report site, I’am very upset over the loss of my information & money I paid to this low-life company!
