I had one of the most terrible experiences at Fawlty Towers. It was a complete nightmare for me to even stay over there for one minute. I had to go on vacations with my family and for that have to make a booking. I usually don’t like to prefer such hotels but since it was a peak season so there was no room available in other hotels so had to book Fawlty Towers. The place gave me complete misery as they disappointed me a lot in with their services, their food and everything which I confronted. Fawlty Towers claimed on their website to be great but it doesn’t seem like it because their staff is rude and horrible and had no idea how to treat their customers. I had high hopes when I saw the photos of the hotel online because it was looking great there. But upon my arrival at the room, it was the opposite of what they showed on their site, the room was dark and if you are an allergic person you can’t even bear to stand over there because of the amount of dust present there. You could smell the dust from the moment you walked into the room. Another thing which really concerned me was that the sheet of the rooms are were dirty and un-cleaned we tried to contact the room cleaning services but they did not show any response to our concerns and were least bothered about it, the shower was a major problem too because if you are someone who likes to take a hot bath you can’t. The ventilation is poorly built in the bathroom because it only had one tiny window that doesn’t help you with the steam, and the guest at the hotel can see you though there. Also, we booked the room with the kitchen and when we got there we were being told that there is no room available with the kitchen right now so you will be shifted to another one and we were not even allowed to take our dogs upstairs because they say it was not allowed. The next day a couple showed up and got the room right next to us which they didn’t even reserve and we were shocked to find that the room which they booked contained a kitchen and it was vacant all night when we were still there also we can still see many people taking their dogs upstairs on which we were being told before that we are not allowed. Then on top of it, they are still charging us for the kitchen which we didn’t even get. I mean if this is the way you are going to treat your customers so let me tell you will surely going to lose them. These bastards have ruined my vacation and this was the only reason why I was afraid to go to 2-star hotels. I will make sure that they have to pay for every penny for what they did with us.
