At 6:43 pm on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, I used the drive up at restaurant #5910. We had always enjoyed the Chicken Broccoli Penne so I ordered that plus a Baked Lasagna. The person told me the total was $13.97, but after waiting about three minutes at an empty drive up window, a young woman finally showed up and told me it was $17.97. Granted, that was the correct total and she admitted she most likely told me wrong, but I prefer being told the right total the first time. She disappeared again and after a few minutes returned with a tightly rolled up bag which she handed thru the window. I checked to make sure there were breadsticks before I drove off. The big problem was when we started to eat. The bottom of the lasagna was almost burnt, and the sauce had so much salt in it that I couldn”t even taste the meat, cheese, and pasta. The Chicken Broccoli Penne wasn”t much better, also over seasoned. Even 30 minutes later and another glass of water, my tongue is still stinging. Never eating there again!

Drive up: 9:29 pm Monday May 8, 2017, wanted breadsticks . Told we could have some with a meal only ( low stock ). Granddaughter said she would take ravioli. Came around to window. Clerk, Because it”s late we do have two full trays of sticks if you want some. Granddaughter takes meal, opens her meal and everything is cold!!! Then had to ask twice for her drink. Hello, My Mom and I went to eat lunch out at Fazoli”s as a treat on July 7th, 2018 at the East Independence location in Springfield, MO. She ordered the Ravioli and I ordered the Baked Ziti. My Baked Ziti came out with lots of small meat chunks which the menu did not indicate it would have in it. I am a vegetarian and the meat chunks were so small and numerous it would have been very time consuming to pick out, by which that time my meal would have been cold. My Mom went up front to ask if it was supposed to come with meat in it as it wasn”t advertised to have meat in it. She said we would have to indicate if we didn”t want meat in an item and proceeded to charge my Mom for a new meatless Baked Ziti. My Mom is nicer then I am as I would have refused to pay for a new one as the it wasn”t advertised that it would have meat in it. Hello, my name is Brian Anderson and I am a Fazoli”s rewards member. I just finished a 4 day 12 hour stretch at work and my wife wanted me to pick up food to bring home. I went to the Owensboro Ky. store on 7/29/18. When I ordered my food I wanted a kids spaghetti with meat sauce, I had a rewards coupon for a 1/2 price lasagna with drink purchase and wanted to make it a meal with a salad with White Balsalmic vinegarette and 6 extra breadsticks The girl at the window could not get my coupon to ring correctly and got a manager. He was able to override the system and give a discount. When I got home and opened my order (drive through) I received a kids spaghetti with no meat sauce, a baked spaghetti with no meat sauce and red wine vinegarette with my salad. So basically the only correct things on my order were the drinks and breadsticks. I can understand if someone doesn”t put the right dressing in or forgets silverware but almost this entire order was incorrect. I understand now why the coupon didn”t work is because they were trying to apply it to the wrong item And sadly enough the coupon was on my phone screen and they took it from me trying to get the coupon to work, they had the phone in their hands and still didn”t catch why it would not work. Like I said, I just worked a long stretch and was too tired to go back. I did try to phone the restaurant at about 9:30 pm and no one ever answered the phone. I was appropriated charged for the food I received just not the right food. I checked the receipt and the order was placed entirely wrong. Hi. I ordered a brownie sundae which was supposed to come with caramel and gelato icecream on top but instead was just the brownie. I spent over $40 on food there and they gave me just a plain brownie. Not to mention, the girl in the drive thru was very rude because we ordered so much food. Husband went to Fazoli”s at 5120 US Rt. 60 East, Huntington, WV 25705 between 5:00 -6:00 pm on July 3, 2017 amount of $67.00. They didn”t give my husband a receipt, he thought it may be in the bags but it wasn”t. So I don”t have a customer number. My complaint is, they said they overcharged our order by $6.00. He had used our debit card from BB&T bank. No one there knew how to credit it back to our debit card?? So instead of handing him the $6.00, they said we can give you dessert. He said I didn”t want dessert. They said we can give you cheesecake and proceeded to give him two slices of cheesecake? My husband just took the cheesecake slices and left.(He was waiting there forever). So we ended up paying for the desserts we didn”t want??? What?? Are you kidding? I always stop at the fazolis in st charles, over the last month I have had 4 incidents with them that I just refuse to go back. 1st was placing an order online for 1pm and I got called into work so I called and asked if I could pick it up at 12:30, girl said sure no problem, get there and no food! Which is funny considering it would have been ready if I went through the drive thru. 2nd AND 3rd time I ordered extra maranra sauce only to get home and no sauce. So tonight I order extra sauce and the girl hands me the bag tied shut and walks away (im in the drive thru) I open the bag and guess what NO sauce again, so I’m waiting for the girl to come back and she stands at the window and just looks at me until I say ummm hellooo?? She motions and says do you need me?? I said yes I do I even ordered exta sauce and theres not a single one in here. To which she replies yes I know! She walks off for a few moments and comes back with 1… I’m like so you KNEW my sauce wasn’t in there and just was going to send me on my way for the 4th time. Like I know its only .50 but EVERY time I go there I’m basically gifting you .50 and then coming home to breadsticks with NO sauce which pisses me off! And then for her to stand there and say ohhh ya I know. I wanted to be like that crazy lady at rhe mcdonalds drive thru over the chicken nuggets!!! I am looking to be contacted immediately regarding this issue. I am downright disgusted in the Appleton, Wisconsin location (Richmond St.). My family (daughter, parents, husband and I) dined in this evening and the entire experience was ridiculous! First, when ordering – my husband downloaded the Fazolis app and it had a promo for a free baked spaghetti. The cashier could not figure it out and told him there was nothing he could do. My parents ended up ordering and added our food onto their order. I went up to the counter with the app (which the offer was only valid for an hour once redeem was clicked, which it was). I asked for a manager. He discounted the meal off. Great. The cashier then forgot to ring up my moms dessert and walked away. There was one other person in line at the time. We walked to the back of the restaurant and it was filled with dirty dishes! thirteen tables had plates, cups, spilled food. The garbage can we passed had dishes stacked ontop of it. I had to clean a table myself to sit to eat. The restaurant had about 4-5 other customers at this time. We waited for over 20 minutes for our food. When they brought it, my husbands pizza slice was hard as a rock and burnt. His fettuccini noodles were crunchy. My bakes spaghetti was crunchy as well. Worse, they ran out of forks. There were no forks or spoons or cup lids by the self station. We waited 15 more minutes – still NO forks. Still at this time, nobody came out to clean or bus the dirty tables. The drink station was overflowing with water and it was all over the floor and the rags drenched. Nobody was cleaning or emptying it. There were no drink lids, no spoons, no forks. The floor was soaked and there was NO caution sign. By this time, our food was all cold while waiting for forks. I actually had to walk around the restaurant myself and collect dirty dishes from the tables and piled them on the front counter so they would clean utensils. I spent ten minutes as a customer cleaning the tables in the lobby and bringing dishes to the counter! Other customers were clearly disgusted and some left quickly. Meanwhile, several workers leaned against the tables in back. The manager on duty should be terminated. Not only does he have no customer service skills but this restaurant would have been fined heavily in the health department walked in tonight. My family had to go up to the main counter multiple times to request the dishes be cleared in the lobby, ask for forks, and ask for breadsticks. I personally asked for breadsticks three times. The guy came out with four breadsticks in a basket and passed our table and gave them to another customer. This happened twice. I had to go back up to the counter again and ask. Then when my mom got tired of waiting for her dessert, my dad and I went back up to the counter for that, too. The cashier said “he forgot.” Really? She then waited over 15 minutes for that. This is all the while the cashier paced the front counter and made one breadstick run. I went back up and asked for a store managers card and the cashier said they didn”t have one. I asked for the manager on duty and asked him for a store managers card, in which he refused to give one saying “he could help me.” We couldn”t even finish our meal (cold, crunchy, disgusting). We couldn”t even throw it away as the garbage can had dishes piled on it. The entire time we dined in nobody cleaned once. I walked around during my visit and took pictures. There was four (no dishes) clean tables in the whole place. This disgusts me so much that when the workers came around for breadsticks, they didn”t think to clear tables first! I personally cleaned a table off for another customer to sit to eat. I do not even work for Fazolis! The whole experience was absolutely disgusting. This was our first dinner out with my parents, husband and 7 month old daughter and it will be forever a bad memory and ruined. I am absolutely expecting a refund at the very least! To sum up: – Almost every table had dirty dishes (not even a peak dining time – 8pm) – Only a handful of customers – Not once did anyone come to clean the tables – Ran out of forks, spoons, and cup lids – Soda machine was pooled with water – they placed a wet rag – Water was all over the floor – no sign and nobody wiped it up – Garbage can was stacked with dirty dishes – I (a customer!) had to go around collecting dishes and bringing them to the counter so they could clean forks – Had to constantly ask for breadsticks I literally am sick to my stomach from this food and entire experience. I am so, so disgusted. I literally am at a loss for words!

I am so sick of this store I have decided to not go there anymore. We drove up to order, ordered the chicken Alfredo manicotti, and the girl said, ” We don”t have manicotti anymore”. We said, “You still have it on your menu”. Then she said”I can”t hear you, we don”t have any manicotti”. We could hear a girl laughing in the background. It was around 7:00 P.M., the dinner hour was well under way, and I just don”t have any idea how a featured item could be gone already. I ate lunch at fazolis on w mason street in Green Bay in 3/6. I found plastic and chunks of gooey stuff in my tea. I complained to the manager and all they wanted to do was give me my money back. I have been sick with diarrhea since then! That”s two weeks of diarrhea. I finally went to the doctor and they said it was food poisoning. I was drinking that nasty crap in my drink and now I”m sick and can”t fight this diarrhea. If it”s not gone by this weekend 3/17. I will be filing a legal report. This is ridiculous! I came into Fazoli”s today 05/27/2017 @ 1:16pm to eat lunch with my son. Horrible cashier that didn”t smile, didn”t speak besides are you dinning in and gave me a total. Once I received my food I seen my bread sticks was on top of my meat sauce so I asked for more and the lady rolled her eyes. She sat the new bread sticks on the table with looking at us an turned and walked away quickly after. I”ve sat here for 30 minutes without anyone bring any extra bread sticks over so I sent went to the front and requested some and was told a waitress will bring them by. I had a fazolis catering van 609ybr was the license plate number and the tag said laurel co. Following me. This vehicle wouldn”t pass me but drove like a crazy person. They were riding my bumper to the point that my small child in the backseat could tell I was afraid they were going to hit me. I truly feared for my child and my safety! I cant believe someone would be allowed to drive a vehicle like that. Cars dont get that close to bumpers when stopping. I have been to fazolis many times throughout the past 3 years and each time i order the exact same thing. Today i went to fazolis on Nicholasville Road in Lexington Kentucky, where i have been before, and ordered the exact same thing that I had in the past. The order has always came out to be $11.11 and i have always received my ceasar salad after paying before i receive my food. Today the order total was $13.11 because i was charged for a drink when i was not supposed to be when i made my food a meal, and i also did not receive my salad after i had paid and neither did my friend. I just received my food and did not get my salad either and had to tell the associate that i had one.

I just spent 30 dollars on 2 kids fettuccini and 2 adult spicy ragitoli dinners. The adult dinners where same size as kid with just a few breadsticks. I”m very disappointed. We use to eat are fazzolies at least once a week even though it”s a trip to get to the nearest one. We always got the spicy sampler now they don”t have it. It took 30 minutes waiting in the drive through to get such a small meal. Even the kids meals had small amounts in them. We are a family of 4 and can”t afford to eat out if the food is not going to be enough to fill us or the kids up.

I ordered from Grubhub for the first time tonight to have Fazoli”s delivered. I received my food and was missing 2 items. I called Fazoli”s and spoke to someone who claimed the items were not in the order. She then got the manager and I was disconnected. I called back spoke to a man who said he was the manager and said he had to call Grubhub and that I needed to call back in a couple minutes. I called back after 5 minutes and a Hispanic woman answered. She was rude when I asked to speak to the manager i was busy speaking to. She talked over me and told me they were too busy to talk because of dinner rush and when I asked for her name she hung up on me! I drove to the restaurant, I was obviously upset. I asked for corporate info, her name, my sandwich and cheesecake and a refund. The same Hispanic girl from the phone basically told me she would not do any of that. Claims she was a manager and refused to provide me her name. She again talked over me and was rude. Then told another employee to call the police. The man I spoke to came out and talked to me like a human being and explained he couldn”t refund because it was Grubhub. Fine. Just give me my sandwich and cheesecake and her name. He refused. The Hispanic woman then started talking over him. I asked her not to talk because I was done with her. All I kept hearing was it”s Grubhubs fault that they would have to reorder and deliver. I was already there! Why couldn”t they give me my $7 sandwich and my $3 cheesecake? Guess who shows up? The police. Is it common practice to call the police on every upset customer? I wasn”t belligerent, I didn”t make threats. Did I raise my voice a bit? Yes. I was upset. I think I had every right to be, don”t you? The Hispanic woman was young, wears glasses and claims she”s a manager. She needs to be fired. She even told me she didn”t want her job anyway. The other guy was a witness to this. He was an older larger man. He did help some but that woman keep chiming in and he said she was over him so he couldn”t give her name either. He should be given a raise for having to work with her. I will never set foot in a Fazoli”s again. My company, UGG just had food catered a couple weeks ago for all our employees. I”ll be sure they hear about this experience and we”ll go with someone else in a few weeks. At least Grubhub helped. This woman can take a lesson on customer service. I work customer service for UGG and my employees would be fired for how I was treated. I will be posting to social media as well as news in my area. Calling the police on customers has to stop. Now I know how those people at Starbucks felt.

I stopped at your Richmond Road store in Lexington on my way back to work on my lunch break. I only work about 30 seconds driving from that particular store. I got there at around 1pm and ordered pretty much immediately. I ordered Soup and Salad. Long story short 40 minutes later I get my food. The woman who took my order, who was very nice btw, offered me a free desert for the time, but at this point I was already 30 minutes late back to work and I didn”t have enough time to wait on her to get back from going to get it so I declined. I work very close to this location and I do like the food, but there is absolutely no way I am going to spend another lunch break (and more) waiting on it. Something needs to be done about this asap. I personally will not be going back, and I am going to make sure my coworkers who also frequent the place are aware of the potential loss of time they may incur by ordering from there.
