I bought a number of statues and tiles and other construction materials from Fine’s Gallery (aka Before dispatching my shipment the owner personally confirmed to me that their products were of certain high quality accirding to specs I required. Upon delivery we observed that the statues were not infact sculptured out of stone but made of a composit cement derived from marble powder rather than actual marble, they were not sculpted as described in the order, they were formed! When I contacted the owner he became agitated and hung up on me. I attempted several times to make contact with this company after that occasion, but no one returned my calls. I also reached out to the Better Business Bureau of Florida and unfortunately there was no resolution either although the Better Business Bureau website shows the case closed and maintains an A+ rating for this company! I looked around and the internet and have been able to find several other complaint similar to mine against this company, sadly in my case it was too late. I paid a very high price for products that are advertised as fine quality artworks but in fact they are reproductions. One of the pieces i got, although it wasis marketed as an original work by Fine’s Gallery, turned out to be a reproducion of a major work, by a popular artist. Unfortunately even then the piece reflects an artistic style that is reflective of ancient greece, neo classical and contemporary method. If you set out to create bad reproductions, the least that you can do is stick to the original style! .
