Fisher Shipping Company

As I was moving to a new state I wanted to hire a shipping company who can ship my car safely to my location. For which I did some research and I found Fisher Shipping Company. They had great reviews and ratings online and there was not even a single negative review about them. I checked across every platform and all of them showed 5-star ratings.
This was the only reason to choose this company but later on, regretted my decision and the experience turned out to be a nightmare for me. I decide to call the Fisher Shipping Company to get a price quote about the delivery. I was greeted by one of their rude customer service agent who does not know how to deal with their customers and it looked like he was not in a mood to assist me. Well, somehow they booked my appointment and I shared the details with them. Fisher shipping company claims to deliver one of the quality services to their customers and according to most customer review websites, they were on time but not in my case. I had to move on Saturday morning but there was no sign of their driver.
I tried to reach him but his number went unanswered. I also called Fisher shipping company to let them know that their driver has not arrived yet to which every time they replied that they have filed my complaint and will going to call me back. It was around 8 pm in the night and there was no sign of him. I was very frustrated with the way I was dealt with by Fisher shipping company as I don’t appreciate it. You should make sure to deliver what you claim to your customers. The next morning I got a call from their office telling me that they have assigned me a new driver as the previous one was not available. These bastards have wasted my time so much that I don’t want to do any business with them right now but since I had paid for their service I was bound to do it. The driver came in the morning and here comes the worst part. He was one of the worst drivers I have ever seen in my life and I wonder how he was able to get a job in such a company. He was driving recklessly and does not care that it can damage the car. When I received my car I was disappointed to see that there were several scratches on it which would have probably occurred during the delivery. I called Fisher shipping company but they took zero responsibility for the damage. They just claimed that I was making stuff up and the scratches were already there. What the HELL!
It seems like their only concern is to make money rather than ensuring the safety of customer’s vehicle. I do not wish to visit this place any more nor am I going to recommend it to anyone.
