Do NOT even think about residing here… Complex is owned by a management company. Stacey the manager at site is nice… everything else is CRAZY.. They tow your car away if “tags” are not up to date on your lic plate. My tags were scammed my plate by someone..car was towed away when I was on vacation. Had to pay storage on my car. In afternoons during summer, teenagers from other areas that do not live in complex, go crazy wild yelling and screaming jumping fence and using pool for hours. My ceiling fell down from heavy rain. Was uninhabitable and promised a furnished apt. Never got the furnished apt. Then told stay at Hotel or Motel till we fix it. took from Dec 23rd till January 7th to fix…Then they did NOT pay for all my Living expenses. And I stayed at MOTEL 6 in San Dimas for the Christmas and New Years Holiday… Then.. you DON’T get your security DEPOSIT money back when u leave..What a joke. U always get the run around. Check them out on RIP OFF REPORT… Also BBB… And Apartment reviews. Tons of NEGATIVE items. They are the most DISHONEST, unreputable apartments in La verne/Pomona/San Dimas area. A metal grateing was missing on driveway..my cars front right tire and wheel smashed into it.. They did not want to pay me for damages. I could not see huge square hole in ground at 6 am in darkness. I did not intentionally drive into the hole in their driveway!!! I cant even explain how bad the dog barking is..Its like you live in a DOG KENNEL. Its bad enuff with all the yelling and door slamming all morning with low income residents leaving for work, school. .
