I don’t recommend anyone going to G & C Auto Body, Inc. This place is a total mess. The workers don’t spend much time on your car, the manager likes to get you buried within a lot of paperwork and they all just want to steal your money.
They took a lot of time in fixing my car. What could have been done in a few days took them weeks to complete?
I don’t like it when people pretend that they are nice in front of you but actually hate you.
It’s these people who I wish I hadn’t met in my life.
At the place, the receptionist pretends she’s the best and kindest person I have met.
When with other staff she showed her true self to me at the company, of G & C Auto Body, Inc.
My car needed a change of four tires and a window winder fixed.
I called a week in advance to have the car in good condition at G& C Auto Body, Inc. The company staff showed me under pretenses they are pleasant toward me.
I glanced at the waiting room, the front desk, and I saw they are of no good to me and to fix my car.
There’s no honesty and they aren’t courteous to customers. These people are inconsiderate of the needs of customers and aren’t keen on making a customer feel happy at the G& C Auto Body, Inc.
I don’t believe in unstable companies and this company fits that category. I didn’t have knowledgeable staff and helpful staff to help organize a deal and fix my car.
There’re no friendly and pleasant people working at this company.
I had no updates of my car in the first week and that’s when I decided to quit my services at the company.
They didn’t give me what is promised in advertisements and lied about the order for the window winder and I trusted the company staff to work on my car.
In the waiting room, there are gossipers and smoking partners who neglect customer’s services and customer care.
My car needed four tires and a window wider fixed. I didn’t get a call for an update of the ordered part and of the four-tire order. This difficult process didn’t satisfy my needs at the car dealership.
I felt disappointed with the poor communications of the mechanics and other staff members and discontinued my services at G & C Auto Body, Inc. It made me feel better to have my car seen at another car dealership.
Everything I experienced at the workshop gave me a negative view of this company. I won’t recommend this company for lack of customer’s service and lack of positive views to a customer. The process in paperwork and orders of car parts is lengthy and no care to the customer. You won’t get the best services and you won’t find what satisfies your needs at G & C Auto Body, Inc.

G & C Auto Body Inc didn’t give me what I wanted from this company. I had terrible, and no quality service from this company.
My car needed a fix of paint and to fix on bright lights. I wanted a perfect paint and color to match the missing spot and bright lights.
I got nothing of what I needed for my car.
The color of paint didn’t match the missing spot and the bright lights weren’t the type of lights I wanted for my car.
I wasn’t impressed with the workmanship of G& C Auto Body Inc, and staff members have no knowledge of the paint needed and type of bright lights for my car. It’s frustrating when dealing with amateurs. A waste of money at this place and they don’t prioritize customer’s service.
I drove the car in the hope they would fix what I asked for and that everything would get fixed in two days as promised.
The workload is lots to handle and understaffed makes it harder to complete tasks. I noticed their work on cars was lack of workmanship, values to customers, lack of knowledge of communication for customer and staff relations.
This isn’t what I expected from G & C Auto Body Inc. It is a shame to receive poor quality and understanding from staff members at this company. I didn’t get a quote of the job and it won’t be until the finished job.
I called the following day to know about the price of the job and they didn’t have it. I entered the office and asked a quote and nothing from the team from their busy schedules I didn’t get that quote for my car expenses.
I wasn’t treated as a valuable customer to G & C Auto Body Inc and that’s disappointing for me. I spent money there on car problems and they chose to treat me unpleasantly. I felt I wasn’t important to the company and discontinued my business with the company. I deserve better and found another company to fulfill my car needs. It is rude and disrespectful to take me for granted as aa customer and to ignore my calls and emails. Every day I called to know about my car improvements and got nothing from the company. I couldn’t go on there with that attitude. I needed excellent services, communication, punctuality, customer care, and services. At this company, I am noting good for me and felt better to move my business to another company.
G & C Auto Body Inc has no customer’s services and doesn’t give the customer what they ask for and this I know from my terrible services at the company.
They ordered cheap paint and a different color of paint and didn’t care for the difference in color or price of the paint. Their bad attitude shows me the lack of interest in customer’s service. I don’t need to go through this negative experience. I don’t recommend G & C Auto Body Inc, to anyone for the worst experience I had there.
