I sold my Runescape account to GameTag on February 10, 2014, and I’ve sent them several emails asking for an update on the process of the order. None of the emails regarding the sale of my Runescape has been responded by GameTag, not even a simple acknowlegement saying that they’re still working on the order. What type of company neglects their customers like this? My order number is 2428709.

I urge you to avoid this service
I urge you to avoid this service for account sales. First, I have read reports where the company (and what appears to be possible third-parties acting as agents of the website) harass/flame individuals who post regarding the company through this website. This includes attempting to intimidate individuals by posting their full name and/or implying that accounts will be banned for the proposed sale. I’m willing to risk my name being posted and harassment if it meants protecting other consumers from Gametag. I have attempted to contact Gametag repeatedly with no response to my e-mails. After submitting the agreement for sale, Gametag e-mailed me indicating the account would be reviewed. That was several months ago. Shortly after submitting my account information, including login credentials, my e-mail address was accessed from an IP address not my own. This account has been stolen / hijacked for several months now. I paid several hundred dollars for the subscription and purchased “gear” on the account. There is an alert for this company with the Better Business Bureau. The address in Miami, FL on file with BBB has no returned mail and the phone number has been disconnected. No information is available regarding the company, otherwise I would have contacted the Florida Attorney General. Note: if you might have information about Gametag’s physical location, please feel free to reply with a verifiable address. Thanks. Once again, I urge you to avoid this company with respect to sale. If you don’t believe my post, please check other websites as well with similar complaints from sellers.
