I ordered an ATV called Safari for my children for Christmas. I ordered it approximately two weeks before Christmas and was impressed that it was delivered promtly. I ordered it from a seller on Ebay in brand new condition. It required some assembly but it was fairly easy. I should have been leary initially because the directions were extremely vague. I had to YouTube how to put the thing together. We had an unusual winter in my area so there were very few days that were dry/warm enough to try it out. Finally we had three days in a period of about six weeks. My boys really enjoyed it and looked forward to riding it that fourth time. I charged it overnight and was prepared to let the boys ride the next morning. It would not come on when I turned it on. No lights came on and nothing happened. I changed the fuse and still nothing happened. I immediately contacted the Ebay seller thinking perhaps they would be accomodating. Who was I fooling? I got no response. I then filled out the contact us form on the company’s website. No response. I went on their facebook page because a flyer came with the ATV asking for good reviews on their wall. I sent a private message to see if I could be contacted. Nothing. So here I am. I posted a negative review on their wall and fully expect them to remove it, and I’m starting here. I plan on contacting the BBB as well. I spent $429 on this piece of garbage and feel like that is too much money to give up without a fight. Beware if you’re considering purchasing from them.
