I called today,Friday March 6th, 2015,to try and make a payment on the maintence fees, charged to me to stay at this resort, which I have yet to use! I’m already charged 109.24 a month from my bank account. I talked to someone about making a payment arrangement, which I was told would still continue to charge me fees. I told them this was causing a hardship on me and I hadn’t even used it. I lost my points that I hadn’t evenused in 2013. I was hung upon! This is why I decided to send this complaint, because everytime I havetalked to them they have beenruid to me. I also have a witness tothe fact on what they have said. Ialso saw there has been alot of complaint against this company. I was not able to make the paymen, sice Iwas hung upon!
