This company solicited my buy-in by telling me that I would have an exclusive area of leads. The leads would be people pre-qualified through their mortage company Security National Mortgage Company and that I would be guaranteed 10-15 people a month. I also gave him a starting point of minimum mortgage that they qualified for, $300K. I was also told that I would be guaranteed 2-3 transactions a month. I initally told “Mark” that I felt that the service was not a service that I would be interested in (cost), so he “gave me an added value” by “giving me an additional county (Palm Beach) AND an addition timeframe…instead of $195/month he would give me $195/45 days. After the first day of getting “leads”, I found out very soon that the leads we either “cannot reach, wrong telephone number, people who had no idea what I was talking about, the fill-in form online was not monitored or pre-qualified, therefore people were entering numbers that they felt would get attention. Most of the leads were people on section8, disability and when they filled in their credit rating, of course they said good, only to find out that 1 they were not pre-qualified and that their credit was bad to very bad. | I complained about this and suggested that this is not what I paid for and asked to cancel (this was the second day of signing up). Liz told me to give them one more day and they would “monitor” what leads I would get and she lowered the price to $149. I started getting more of the same leads. After the 3-day period, I was in touch with Liz Queen almost every day, but certainly every week to share with her my unsatisfaction. I signed up for this “service” on July 10th and I requested a refund on July 30th after all of the emails and phone calls back and forth that clearly displayed my dislike in the service. I was denied of getting my refund of $195 today 7/31. | This service is a big fat, bigger than life SCAM!! They pacify you by sending leads (as they proclaim to do) but not legitimate leads that are pre-qualified and with people who are wiling and able. The criteria that I asked for going in, was not granted in any way. | BEWARE of this company and these people who pretend to know the real estate business….they are opportunists and frauds!
