I had a terrible experience with HoverBoarder company and would not recommend them to anyone. I’ve purchased a hoverboard from this website as a birthday present for my son. I ordered long in advance to be sure I’ll get it on time. Unfortunately my order did not make it and my son didn’t get his present. I contacted HoverBoarder customer service to ask when will my order arrive and they said they’ll contact me back later. They never did that. I tried to use the tracking number they gave me but it wasn’t working! Then I contacted them again and their rep assured me order was on its way. I asked for the delivery date but they were not able to answer. I’m still waiting for my order!
