I ordered FREE samples of InstaLyft and HydreSense last month. I let them know that i was ONLY interested in the samples; i did not want to be a member. Just noticed today that i was charged FULL PRICE for both products. I called and complained. They said i did not let them know i didn’t want the products and have put me on a membership program and will be sending the products to me monthly. I told them i let them know when i ordered the product. Demanded reimbursement. They won’t comply. have also filed complaint with BBB against both companies.
