I was contacted by International Corporate Brokers who informed me that they had a buyer who was interested in purchasing my Grand Paradise vacation club package. I agreed to sell the vacation club package which consisted to the rights to 40 weeks at a discounted price, and to make an upfront payment of a transfer fee which was supposed to be reimbursed by the buyer. Over the next 2 months I was informed that there were additional upfront fees that were required by Mexican government that could only be paid by me but that each fee would be reimbused by the buyer. I received escrow statements from the Moon Abstract Co after paying each fee indicating that the buyer had deposited funds into an escrow account to reimburse me for these expenses. After paying the final fee I found out that the Moon Abstract Co had taken down its website and discontinued its phone numbers and the International Corporate Brokers is no longer returning my phone calls (their phone numbers may have been discontinued as well) or emails .
