Had I known what a terrible ripoff this company was prior to moving here I would have purchased somewhere else. A two adult home with no leaks you can NEVER get your monthly bill to get under $100. a month. They keep increasing the charges and when you try to speak with someone concerning it they are rude and condescending. I have NEVER encountered such extortion tactics in my entire life its appaling to say the least. I just recieved a bill in excess of $250. and cried from absolute frustration that the city of North Vernon Indiana doesnt simply step in and incorporate this nightmare in Country Squire Lakes as we pay property taxes and are being held hostage at every turn with this mess. CSL is a terrible place that was once a “gated community” who quickly went south due to embezzled funds by those who were over see’ers of the dues. They expect thinking people to pay dues and they cant even plow the roads due to mismanagement. Then theres the “water company JNRU” extortion on water/sewer fees to contend with. Its a sad and terrible state of affairs and those who live here are kept wondering when if EVER the County will step in and provide us some relief by stoping these people and simply tie us into the county water system. COME ON!!!! WERE PAYING OUR PROPERTY TAXES!!!!!!
