About a month ago I ordered two rings from Jeulia. I never received my tracking number, so it”s totally impossible for me to track my order. I contacted them many times and asked for my tracking number, they promised to send it to me, but never did. When I contact their support they say “be patient”. I get only computer generated responses that make no sense. They are absolutely unprofessional and unhelpful! I”m extremely disappointed and I will never order anything from them again! Buyer beware… You will lose money. This is the biggest scam I have encountered. Looking back there were many irregularities I should have paid more attention to. I purchased a ring on 11/20/18 for $ 110.00. I attempted the return process on the same day I received it which was 12/8/18 because I knew immediately I did not like it. I followed instructions to the letter after attempting to reach a live person through 5 emails with only automated responses. I knew all my communication was with a computer. I finally “chatted” with someone in china who gave me return authorization. I mailed the ring back certified mail on 12/24/18. On 12/29 I received notification from usps that the ring could not be delivered because ” no access to delivery location. Redelivered and accepted on 1/2/19. Despite numerous repeated attempts on my part to get a refund vs store credit since I never spoke to a person (only automated email responses) I knew if I did not take store credit I would have nothing to show for $110 spent knowing they simply refused to refund my cash. I got 2 pair of $50 earrings hardly worth $5. I don’t know how these people are still in business but they are. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Do not waste your money here, Jeulia is a terrible store, definitely not worth the money. I decided to order a present for my girlfriend from Jeulia and was highly disappointed with my purchase. Item looked nothing like picture on their website, it was poorly made and looked super cheap. I decided to return it and get a refund and was surprised when they refused to accept it back. Don”t bother ordering anything rose gold. It comes off in a few months. And they won”t do anything about it. My sapphire is dull and they said they”d replace it, but now they”re saying since it”s been over 30 days they won”t do anything. They wont give me a customer service number to call, and the emails seem to be computer generated and not an actual person who cares about the product or the customer. Fell inn loveeeee with a ring. However when I recieved it the stone was huge so I attempted to call their offices for at least a week, no answer. Finally someone answered on facebook of all places. They agreed to an exchange at no cost to me, which really made the situation so much better. We agreed that I would ship it back and the rest would be taken care of. I ship it back, and message the tracking number from usps as they requested. They confirm it is on the way to them. Later that night, they message me saying I will need to pay an extra 40 dollars for them shipping it back and an additional fee for a different ring!! After my ring and exchange was already approved and they said so in that exact message!!! When I sent screenshots of this exact conversation, the representative ackowledged them waiving the fees and proceeded to again tell me that the fees are not waivable, again after I sent the package back!! Now I am out $150 ring that I orginally bought and now they are going back on their own word of not having any shipping or extra cost added and that everything would be taken care. So disappointed, will never reccomend and will never do business with them again.

I really loved my ring but just after 1 month the diamond fell out already, They type of sliver they use scratches really easy as well. I am extremely disappointed with Jeulia and mostly with their service. I spoke with their rep about a refund, but they simply did not want to listen. My ring was too big and I wanted to get a refund. They offered a me a replacement but I didn”t want to risk, then they offered me a discount and later a partial refund, but I insisted on a full refund! They finally agreed but I never got my money back. They stopped replying. I can”t believe Jeulia is allowed to do business, they are terrible and unprofessional. I am not one who likes to wait for a long time, so after I placed my order I chose an express delivery to get my parcel fast. Unfortunately, the item I got was broken. I called their customer service and found out what to do to send the item back and to get refunded. They agreed to replace the item. I sent the old one, paid for the shipping and started to wait for them to send the item to me. But nothing was shipped. I called them and asked if they are going to ship anything and if not, please send the money to me and for the shipping as well. I bought 2 rings from Jeulia Jewellery and receive in about one month plus since I am not in a rush I didn”t mind the waiting time. However the rings were to huge for me therefore I decide to get an exchange. I asked the customer service and they said to return back and gave me the return address. That was early September. I return the address immediately via Registered mail since the rings are expensive did not want it go missing. After a month I tracked the items. It shows that it reach US. But Jeulia Jewellery claimed they did not receive the item. I checked with my local postal service and said it has been mail to the return address given. I bought my husband a ring (Titanium Steel Men’s wedding ring) on the 30/12/2017 order number (#[protected]). I paid the grand total of $88.71 including the shipping cost. When my order arrived here in South Africa i was then told that i have to pay R341.00 at DHL to deliver my package which I didn’t understand as I’ve already paid for the shipment to get to me. I bought this item and liked the style. Being it was a 3 piece set, I ordered 6 1/4 size. It was too tight when worn together. I tried wearing it a couple of days anyway but the leaf design was uncomfortable and 6 3/4 will be too big. I contacted Jeulia to see about returning the set. I was told that the only way to return it was undamaged (no problem there) but also with ring size tag still attached. I don”t know about you, but it would be awkward to wear a ring out in public with the size tag still attached. I would not recommend Jeulia to anyone.

I emailed customer service about an ordered placed. I submitted a screenshot showing the order was suppose to go out within 24 hours. When I contacted, it was FIVE days later and still not been shipped. I advised if they were not going to ship it out and over night it, to CANCEL. They ignored the request. I got my refund pretty quickly after returning my ring and necklace (within 7, data if then reviving my return). However, to have to pay shipping costs 3 times is ridiculous!! I paid to have the product shipped here $20. I paid to return the item $14, and then they deducted the $20 original shipping charge from my refund. This is poor practice and should be looked into. I have just purchased 2 rings for this store, I used a code to receive 15% off. I should have received free express shipping because the order was over the $200 needed to qualify but as it wouldn”t allow it I changed it to normal shipping. After my order was finalised with OayPal I was returned to the site to see my order details. That”s when I noticed between looking at the total amount and pay via PayPal another charge of $32.25 was added under the title of Jeulia Prime Privilege. Does anyone know what that is? I have never seen anything like this. I ordered an item but they said I had to sign up to receive it. That was pretty strange, but ok, I did what they wanted. Next step is that I got a notification about my package that it was delivered and I had to confirm it. But there was nothing to confirm, I didn”t get any package. Riddle me this..then why don”t they have customer service reps in California that can deal with customer service issues there? I am beyond upset and frustrated! I have tracking information and a signature verification that it was received by them. lI have emailed them at least 15 times looking for my refund information. I order my ring on november 2 2016. My order # [protected]. They sent out november 9 2016. Now is december 30 2016. I still haven’t receive my ring. I tried calling the numbers that was listed no used to me. I email 5 times they reply to 3. The person name luck said 9-25 and that I should wait. Why do I still need to wait when is past due the date. Janey

i ordered 2 rings that looked to be quite beautiful, when i inquired as to the status of my rings, i was given the run around, the word dance etc, , i paved 300 plus dollars and next thing i know i look at the tracking status and its in china!!! wtf? something about they cant deliver to a post office box or some BS, not only that but every review i see of the company is bad, i will be suing jeulia if do not receive my products at such a worthy price, they better not be cadmium or some tin ###. very upset,rip off artists, i am reporting you to the better buisness beaureau.

I ordered 2 sets of rings. They did not fit. There was nothing included as to where to return them and how much I paid for them. I was out of the Country for a month and returned very ill. I am just able to write now to pursue this. The return label says they came from China. I had no idea they were being purchased from there. I do not know where to return them and if I will gt my refund. I am beginning to think these are all a scam and the consumer is out of the money they were charged. I want to know that address to return them and how I can get the invoice with the charges. I think a lot of people might want to get involved in a class acion suit against these companies. Linda L. i ordered 2 wedding rings for myself and my wife, they said it would tak e2 weeks to deliver, it took almost a month, then when we got the rings (over 300$) my wifes ring started falling apart 2 days after, the jewels started actually coming off!! we are both very upset, so i tried to contact them on their site and by phone and i was hung up on! then i got no answer at all! what a bunch of rip off artists, that was my hard earned money you

I ordered 3 items & 1 free gift order #[protected] on november 27, 2016 you received my payment through paypal transaction id # 2se098040b817880x in the amount of $159.81 I never received my items. If you can please call me at [protected] or email me at [protected]@gmail.com to explain to me why you have over 250 bad reviews of people who never received their orders and why your phone # [protected] has been disconnected. I ordered a $100 ring. Got it, didn”t fit well, requested information for returning the following day.. Sent a pic as requested, returned as directions requested the same day and now after a month of no refund they say it didn”t have a tracking number so they now won”t process the refund!!! The ring was $100 I paid $30 to ship it back! This is totally unacceptable! There a several email communications back and forth. This is simply unacceptable! Order # [protected]

I ordered a 3 piece set of GOLD wedding rings and I”ve gotten something that looks like copper. Actually copper would be a step up as it would at least polish out, tried polishing these with the cloth they charge you for as a “MYSTERY GIFT” and the cloth caught on a piece of chipped ” Whatever it is ” before she even got to see them. I want all of my money back since they charged me more and didn”t deliver what they show on their home pages

I ordered a customized ring from Jeulia on the 17th January 2017, made full payment the same day, as well as paid extra for express shipment via DHL. As per their website customized rings takes 10 days to manufacture and an email will be send to me as soon as it is dispatched with a tracking number. After reading some reviews, I saw that Jeulia is known for items not being delivered at all, and taking customers money, which for me is theft and fraud. I tried calling the contact centre, no answer, send multiple emails, no reply, eventually I received a reply on my Facebook message, and still no clear answer when my ring will be shipped to me, seems they are stalling and keep on apologizing and telling me they will contact the production manager to speed up the process. I am still waiting as to when I will receive the ring, and now even my Facebook messages are going unaswered. Order number ZAZA100006146

I ordered a lovely ring from Jeulia thinking it was real! It looked so beautiful on their website. When I received my ring I was terrified and could not understand what was going on. It looked nothing like pictures on Jeulia website, it was made of cheap metal and stones were falling out. I contacted Jeulia and demanded my money back but they called me a liar a refused! I sent them a lot of messages but they ignored me and never gave me my money back. Beware and do not order anything from this website! They are selling fake jewelry!

I ordered a ring almost a month ago. When it didn’t arrive, I tried to contact them. They did not respond to phone calls or text messages. They only responded when I posted a negative comment on their facebook page. They said the problem with delivery was my fault, since I supposedly gave them the wrong zip code. I don’t believe that but I agreed to pay an extra $30.00 for a new expedited delivery which they would refund if the first ring came back to them. I was supposed to trust them. I sent the $30.00 but now they want me to release a complaint I have on paypal before they’ll ship. That’s my only leverage, so I refused. I told them that if they shipped the ring and got a proof of delivery, they could close the complaint themselves, but they want everything upfront. Now, since I trusted them, I am out an additional $30.00. Be careful, stay away. Don’t make the same mistake.

I ordered a ring and necklace from Jeulia. I paid the 1-4 days extra shipping charge for $20. What they failed to tell you is that there is a processing time and paying the extra $20 does not get you the product within 1-4 days. I contacted their customer service department via chat and they informed me that the 1-4 day was only for shipping and the processing time could take up to 45 days.

I ordered a ring and necklace on Dec 19th. I received a confirmation on the 20th, stating both are in stock and payment had been received, and will be shipped in a few days. I started trying to track the order using the order number and the USPS tracking number both. It always says it”s in pre-shipment. I have sent numerous emails trying to find out where the order is, and they always sent me the exact same msg… how to track a pkg. On Feb 8th, I finally received a msg from someone named Luke starting it wad shipped on Dec 20th, please allow 25-48 working days. It is now in transit, kindly wait a few days.

I ordered a ring and the next day changed my mind and cancelled. They said the ring was already sent. I have never received it or my refund! That”s over 150. Dollars that this company scammed from me. Customer service does not answer and all the emails I get are computer generated! I am still trying to get my money back and it”s been a month. I have daily contacted customer service by email and get no resolution. They do not answer the phone number, and if they do it is automated and they put you on hold indefinitely. I contacted pay pal and ups. I have never had so much trouble from a company. I will never use them or PayPal again. I should have looked at the complaints, it seems this company is notorious for scamming and substandard merchandise.

I ordered a ring for my husband for christmas on november 12th as a christmas present and here it is december 23rd and no one has contacted me or sent my ring. I am highly upset that this is a fraud and I want my money back or I am reporting this to the bbb. Contact me asap. [protected]. I ordered a ring for my wife on December 18. The website said it would arrive in time for Christmas. When checking out, it never said I needed to pay for expedited shipping in order for it to arrive on time. I even received an email with the shipping details the same day I ordered it. … I was shocked when it said China! I contacted the company through their online chat. They said the item would not arrive before Christmas because I only selected free shipping which takes 9-25 days. I asked why they advertised it would when I purchased it? They just kept repeating to wait. After January 1, I contacted the online chat again. The tracking showed the item was still in the “accepted” mode with no movement. They told me it was delayed by US customs and to wait a few days. A week later, same thing. Today, Jan 11, I received the same response. I called them out on it and said to PROVE it was in the US and stuck in customs delayed by the USPS. I threatened to contact USPS, the BBB and my credit card company to report fraud if they could not prove it. I was then told it was stuck in China in their customs. WHAT??? Are you serious? This company is a sham. They create tracking numbers that are not traceable, lie to you that it has actually been shipped, blame USPS for the delay (check all the responses here from the company), blame US customs, them blame China customs when pushed. I will be forwarding all m correspondence with them to the appropriate authorities.

I ordered a ring from Jeulia the end of August. On September 1st they charged my credit card $130 and change. It’s Sept. 16th and I have never gotten a tracking number, e-mail or any word from them as to where my ring is. I call the phone number and I get an automated response. I tried to look for Customer Service on-line and they have nothing that I can find. This is the only place I can find to communicate on. Where are these people?! I would desperately like to hear from them!

I ordered a ring from this company . Next day I tried to cancel it . First first they asked why and if I wanted something else. Then they offered me 10% then 20% off in store credit only to keep it . Then I said I would keep it . Then they told me they have already refunded me to check my bank in 3-5 days. Then I got an email saying they didnt cancel it and that I could get an actual refund if the 20% off instead of store credit . I declined and said I wanted a refund . They refused. When I said I am contacting my bank they shipped the ring and said no refunds only store credit no matter what . If you want to be able to return something don’t order online from this company . They will not allow it . I have all the correspondence to prove all of this . It’s crazy.
