I also suggest anything the porperty owners leave on the premises you request to be removed, as upon moving, Jim Wood realty will throw out all of it, and accuse it of being yours, they do not check or know the properties they rent out at all. For Example, our rental porperty had a Koi pound the preperty owner installed, they said it was a flower bed and it was destroyed by filling it with water, even though the Koi is still alive and in it.
