Katharene McCulley

Katharene McCulley is a Court Repoorter in Texas who requires the assistance of scopists in order to produce transcripts that are usable. I scoped for Ms. McCulley, received nothing but compliments for my work, invoiced her and was promised payment for my services rendered to the tune of $2000+. When I did not hear from Ms. McCulley in a timely manner I gave her until June 15, 2014 to either pay the amount due or contact me for payment arrangements. I was met with arrogance and attitude and just a complete lack of integrity in her business dealings and professionalism. I have demanded payment repeatedly and have been ignored. I have now started down the path of filing grievances with the Court Reporting Associations and with the AGs office for theft of service sinbce Texas has laws against that, as well as complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. I merely wish to be paid for my services rendered. Hopefully putting this report on the net will motivate a very dense Ms. McCulley to pay me before this reaches the level of a lawsuit for damages as well as what she owes me. She has already been placed on the Scoping industry watch list and in the forums and I will happily retract any of the complaint I have made if I am paid.
