Lead X Factor sent me an unsolicited e-mail asking if I would be interested in having them set appointments for my sales staff. After preliminary e-mails back and forth I agreed to 25 appointments for $1500.00. 15 appointments in Chicago and 10 in Atlanta. This was confirmed to Lead X Factor in my e-mail to Mr. Tagiobon on 3/19/15 at 7:30 A.M. He responded back to that e-mai the same day at 10:19 A.M. with his bank information and Pay Pal account (Pay Pal is useless on my attemt to recoup any money – I waited to long to complain??). I did receive 16 leads but then they stopped coming when I refused to renew the month to month agreement. Numerous e-mails to Kevin did me no good until I contacted Pay Pal for help. Once Kevin found out about this complaint to Pay Pal he promised to fulfill my order if I would stop the complaint. I contacted Pay Pal via e-mail and asked them to not make a judgement as Lead X Factor agreed to set up my missing appointments (9). The appointments never materialized and Pay Pal said I was to late for them to help – My company is out of pocket in the amount of $540.00. Don’t trust this lead X Factor company or Pay Pal to come to your rescue.
