I decided to buy a car for the convenience of going to places easily. I was a freaky traveller and loved exploring new places for adventure. I decided to own a car so that it would possibly be a onetime investment with many benefits altogether. I wanted to buy an off-road vehicle. After searching for a lot of different cars I found out a Jeep SUV to be very sporty and hardy. The look attracted me and I decided to buy this car. I then started searching for places that sell used cars at an affordable price. I explored many garages and found out the collection of the Golden Motors to be the most tempting and fortunately it had a wrangler of my choice. I contacted the manager over a phone call to take ideas of buying a car at an affordable price. The manager called me the next day to check out their collection. It was a very good collection overall and I selected an SUV which was a bit of a higher range but I thought that I would do some negotiations to buy it. I asked the manager about the condition of the car and was told that it was a year old and also in a new condition. I decided to buy the car because the manager gave me a three-month additional warranty too. The manager called me the other day to complete the paper works. I came in and quickly did the work required. The only mistake I did was to pay the whole payment at once and not after the delivery of the car. They told me that the car would be delivered within a week. I started making plans for my next trip and was ready. It was 10 days and my car still didn’t arrive when I decided to call them up and take updates. The firm didn’t pick up the call first and I had to try several times when they finally responded. They informed me about the late arrival of the car and they would leave the car within the next 5 days. I was very much disappointed and had to wait for the next 5 days. The car finally arrived and I was shocked to see the condition of the car. The car was in its worst condition and not the same as I chose from the garage. The rear mirrors were broken and the windshield had scratches. I told them to fix all the problems but they denied saying that there work is to deliver the car and not to fix the problems. I immediately called the manager but the number was not reachable, I tried calling him for many days but had no response. In the end, I gave up and had my car fixed which cost me a lot of money. I would not recommend anyone to buy vehicles from the Golden Motors. They have an attractive collection but the products they deliver are the worst and different from the real one. Please don’t waste your money in the wrong place.
