The Lexus of watertown is a who promise their customers for providing good quality of services, cars & offers. But in reality they never offer a loaner car or ride to public transit and they are so rude and inefficient, they advertise like they are best but it is not true. Latest feature is that the service people don’t call to talk to you anymore. They send a report through email to make the experience more disjointed. Pricing is ridiculous. They ask for higher service charges for the parts of car that are as easy to replace as a pair of windshield wipers. People who have worked with their service department for years are always disappointed. They are rude and difficult and never listen or take anyone’s concern seriously. One who have planned to buy an Acura but was so disappointed in the sales experience at the dealership that they were so unsure about the purchase. They are disorganized, incompetent, and near impossible to reach after completing the sale. They never send pre-delivery documents after purchase of vehicle with them. Sometimes even after purchase of vehicle for around 7 weeks too buyers still don’t have the proper ‘legal’ documents to register their car. Totally unprofessional!! Totally rubbish!! Totally disgusted!!
They miss behaved many at times but now that I had sign a deal I needed to keep my patience and that’s what I did. But they just broke my trust and worked really pathetically. They are working really bad and don’t have any business ethics. I’m really very upset with their services and therefore will never recommend anyone on this planet to hire their services. They just give false hopes and make fake promises.
