I received a flyer via email, from Joe Nichols of the Listing Leader Group. I contacted him for more information and he explained that they trained Outside Sales Agent to make phone calls in order to set appointments/find leads for prospective home sellers. As he states below: “This note is a follow-up to the earlier email & digital flyer our team sent to your attention. Pro Tip Reminder: flyer.populr.me/new-flyer Our sales team begins making prospecting calls into a market 4-6 weeks before we “open” it.
