al nouis sold me a terrible house on cd..he said the septic and roof was good,,, septic condemned two days later,, and roof leaked,,shot shingles,,i am disabled and he knew I would not go up there to check it out… house had mold,,, les Rasmussen told him that,, but al nouis did not tell me,, after one brain tumor,, a lung infection and losing 7 dogs,,,it has taken over the house. he would not sign insurance check to fix the house,, so we could not get a loan.. his plan all along,, the fbi is investigating him.. so is the attourney general,,, and several other agencies. he is a full blown crook,, and he will pay for every bad thing he has done.. since he did not honor his own cd of repairing the house in a timely manner,, we will be suing his ass for 50k the amount we have paid on the house. we have receipts…he will never win. beware all,, he is a crook. the house is 6214 160th avenue,,, little falls,,i hope this goes under that also,, and he never sells the home.
