Owning a car is a must thing these days. You can\’t just rely on public transport when you have a busy schedule and you want to reach work on time or some other place. It gives an image of good status and the chance to have individual control over your journey. My car was broken and I wanted to purchase a new one so I went to Lux Motors and had the worst experience of my life. The staff did not greet me properly and misbehaved with me. The office and waiting room were very tiny, filthy and congested. They were short on staff and were not attending us properly. The sales guy gave me a very bad impression and did not know well about his job. He did not answer the questions that I had regarding the purchase and misinformed me about a few things. The financing procedure was very slow and they took an hour to wrap up everything. We purchased a Toyota Scion through this business and in 500 miles the vehicle stalled multiple times. With just 61,000 miles on it, we had discharges issues, the wrong battery in-vehicle, timing issues, motor inconvenience, key issues, endlessly it went on and on. When I called to complain Lux Motors, a forceful chief upbraided me. We later discovered that we got it at an expanded price. They offered it to us multiple times higher than the original cost. After three days the vehicle wouldn\’t begin and was towed to the nearest Toyota vendor at our expense. The technician was entirely proficient and told us that Lux Motors had the idea that the vehicle was inadequate and faulty from the beginning. He told me that the valve is leaking oil and need to be replaced and recommended a new engine. The gauge to fix it is currently $20,000.00, which Lux Motors says isn\’t their responsibility to pay. Lux Motors likewise sold me a perpetuation agreement, which ended up being phoney. It had a $3,000.00 top, which has just been surpassed with the few fixes done. Lux Motors exploited me by selling me a vehicle they knew was nothing worth mentioning and after that not assuming liability for what they intentionally did. I called Lux Motors to fix my meeting with their manager but they ignored me for days. I finally met the manager and he suggested a solution that didn’t work for me. I am upset over the fact that he was not willing to listen to me and made lame excuses. We couldn’t reach an agreement and I had to leave. They did not even offer a refund or concession even though the car they sold defected. They are a scam company and ought to be closed down and captured for what they\’ve done.
They want to get the most money out of your pocket. I would like to warn every potential purchaser about their untrustworthy practice! This is a WARNING to every single potential purchaser of Lux Motors vehicles. Try not to BUY FROM HERE, I rehash, DO NOT BUY FROM LUX MOTORS.
