Magic Springs Theme And Water Park

I was in Hot Springs, Arkansas for a family reunion and all of us planned a trip to Magic Springs Theme and Water Park because we wanted our kids to have a fun and entertaining day but it all ended up into a stressful day. We had to travel around 50 miles from Little Rock but little did we know that this tiring effort would be useless and our kids would get extremely bored and exhausted. The children had a boring time and nothing seemed to catch their attention. The spot is in critical need of a noteworthy recovery or even better, a total makeover all over again. Every one of the pools has endless fixed breaks and furthermore, has paint that is stripping all over and anyplace. The bathrooms are hot and messy, it feels like the bathrooms that you would discover at a campground. The most exceedingly terrible was the children pool area….it possessed aromas like a mix of buildup, wet dog and filthy diaper. After the water park, we advanced over to the amusement park, which was somewhat not charming, condition-wise. Likewise, every staff individual that we experienced here was confused and in their world. They did not have the required information about the place and we\’re in a hurry to go their way. They were not instructed well to attend the visitors well. Remember this isn\’t a Disney, Six Flags, or another enormous park. It\’s a moderate small amusement and water park in Grand Ave Hot Springs, AR. I felt just as I was on a Griswold family get-away at Wally-world. Like paint was missing all over the place, they were out of everything; the ice cream counter has frostbite all over the place, menu items crossed out by hand. Everything goes in the slow-motion here. The staff is lazy to the core. I would drive to St Louis or Dallas before I at any point return here. I was comparing it to Knottsberry Farm yet it was even worse than that. It is a gigantic misuse of cash. I would have had more fun at Dave and Busters in Benton. Wow….I\’m dumbfounded. I was distraught what so ever. 4 rides were shut for the day because nobody was there to work at the ride. Furthermore, they were the principal rides they had and they never said anything about that when you pay to get in. And furthermore, the drinks are $10.00 apiece which is way expensive than other places. The staff were youngsters and not at all friendly. I was more than once harassed by an EMPLOYEE, and I\’ve never been progressively harmed and humiliated like this in my entire life. It seemed obvious that the place needs a lot of work. It’s almost as if they don’t have a manager or executive overseeing stuff. A few spots weren\’t open. We will never be back because of the nauseating washrooms. The website made this place look nice and entertaining. Got here and it is so crap.
