My sole income is social security. There are supposed to be laws protecting it from any levy or garnishment. My total income annually is less than $10,000. I am not proud of this or trying to hide behind it. My income monthly is a pittance. Why is the bank changing my checks and bill payments. They are reordering and acting like I had no money. It is like the funds become theirs and they change everything around to make it look like you bounced checks when you never did. I know how to balance my checkbook. I know when I have money and when I do not. I do not like seeing $30 charges when I did in fact have the money. I closed my account and switched to a better place. Banks are on the way out. Go credit union or cash. .
