Hi I received a bikini faulty.The strap has broken and I’m due to go on holiday on Wednesday evening for a month.Ispoke to Chloe from misguided on live chat and sent her a pic and she informed me to send back the product.This is a big inconvenience for me and I’m not happy with the service, as you can imagine the last thing on my list right now is to return a faulty item.I also told Chloe that I’ve started using missguided a lot lately but I’m going to have to look elsewhere

How am I supposed to contact them if they have no phone number?? Theo only way to notify them about your issue is to write an email that will be answered several days later. Or won”t I don”t know what exactly it depends on. I let them know that I haven”t received my order. It took them 5 days to check everything and call me back. They blamed me for that. They said that probably I gave them the wrong address that”s why I didn”t get anything. But it wasn”t true. I”ve already ordered from them and I never moved anywhere, so my address is still the same. They just were very unprofessional and thought that blaming me would be the best decision. Well, guys, you weren”t right…

I bought something from this website, but decided to return the item. It all started back in December and since then I am trying to get my money back. The reason I decided to return was that I received a completely different product. I did not get a return label so I had to pay for it to get sent back! Then they said that item I wanted was out of stock so they could not send it to me. I asked them to cancel my order, but they refused and said that they cannot offer me a refund! It”s not my fault they made a mistake! Why should I have to pay for that? I contacted my bank and reported them to BBB.

I have been trying for over two months now to get a refund for an item I bought back in November. I did receive my order in reasonable time, however the item I”ve received was absolutely wrong. At first I thought that since this was a mistake on their part that and I would easily return it and get a refund. But these people really gave me a hard time! I”m still trying to get my money back. All I keep getting is a run around from their chat service and their ridiculously unprofessional emailing service. First I asked them to give me a return label, but they refused for no reason. Then I asked for a refund but they refused to again! I only want to know when my order will be delivered! Its not my fault they messed things up. I will never order anything from missguidedus again!

I have ordered many items from MissguidedUS and was very excited about my purchase. Everything looked very good on their website so I ordered many stuff. Two weeks passed and I decided to check what was going on with my order. I went to the tracking site they gave me and it showed that my order was still in the warehouse. I contacted MissguidedUS customer service and they claimed that my order was already shipped a long time ago. Another weeks passed and according to the tracking site my items were not shipped but MissguidedUS rep kept telling me my order was on its way. The saddest part is that I did not receive anything yet and it seems like these guys are lying to me! I do not recommend this site, seems like a scam.

I have purchased two dresses from MissguidedUS and one dress was too small, so I emailed their customer support and asked for a refund. They said that I have to send the both dresses back in order to get a refund. I really liked the first dress, but decided that money was more important so I agreed and told them that I want a refund. I sent everything back and later got a message stating that will get the money in a week. Three weeks already passed and still nothing! They keep telling that everything is fine and that I don”t need to worry. But it seems to me that they decided to keep my money!

I made my order back in December and have been trying to get a refund. I did receive the order and it actually arrived on time, but they sent me a completely wrong item. I contacted MissguidedUS customer service, they apologized and offered me a refund. I returned the wrong item and was hopping to get my money, but that never happened. I”m still trying. All I get is a run around from their reps and their stupid computer generated emails! All I want to know is when will I get a refund but since these clowns are ignoring me I cannot get any information. It”s not my fault this happened! I”m very disappointed.

I ordered a size 6 dress on the missguided website and received a dress which although labelled a size 6 is bigger than a 16! Attempting to return, I went to my local Hermes store who were unable to scan the returns label and advised me to contact Missguided. This seems impossible as no telephone number or email is provided on their website. Attempted to arrange a collection via the website which consistently errored. Spoke to online chat (very slow) who attempted the same and also errored. He advised me to travel overr 50 miles to Asda and return. I declined. He then advised I could have a credit note issued and return at cost via the post office. He then disappeared so im guessing that wont happen. Left in limbo now what on earth do I do with a dress the size of a tent that I cant return? DO NOT USE

I placed an order on Sat 23rd Nov and paid for express shipping hoping that I could receive by Fri 29th Nov. Missguided claims that express shipping takes 2-4 business days with AUD11. Yet, I was charged AUD11.99 with no reasons and my parcel has still not yet come (it’s currently 3rd Dec). I have been trying to contact their customer service and they never seem to help. I’ve chatted to them 5 times, they did nothing but asked me to wait and allow till the end of that day to receive the parcel. I have a feeling that the parcel might have been missing as there has not been any update on courier website. Hence, I asked them to contact the courier which is Skynet. They asked me to contact instead. What is on earth? You call yourself customers help line?

I returned items back for a refund 2 weeks ago and 2 days ago i got in touch with them because i never got a refund. They are telling me they have not received my package. According to my tracking number- they did successfully received it. they are asking me to provide the “proof” of delivery and tracking number – which i no longer have because this was 2 1/2 weeks ago. SO basically i lost 86$. they will NOT refund me and what irritates me the most- they will NOT ADMIT their mistake of loosing my package. They are completely disorganized. one customer service advisor says one thing- another one says something different. they deserve less then a 1 star.
