Mark Morris is nothing but a con artist, liar and thief (my opinion). Run as far and as fast as you can from him. He took my money in advance through Paypal (no recourse for services) to provide a set of arcitectural drawings for my shop. He provided a set so bad they needed to be completely redrawn to pass through the County. This is when my problems started.For almost 2 months he gave me nothing but excuses. They will be done in an hour, later today, tomorrow. etc. I have a chain of e-mails documenting this nonsense. Yesterday was the last straw. I asked him to refund my money, he refused. He insisted on a last chance to have them done this morning absolutely promising they would be done. Nothing, and not surprised. I filed a complaint with the State of Utah professional standards board and found someone locally to complete my building plans.
