After what we went through at the hands of Mortgage Wellness I seriously was thinking that it was a crime on my part to consider having a side investment in real estate. Horrific is all I can say. With some money saved, my brother and I decided to buy a second property as investment and also to double up as a vacation home. Now, before we went to look for brokers we made sure that we had our credit score updated and decent. Having read a few reviews about this group we were impressed by all the good words that people have about them and we decided to go to them for our case. Mistake.

When we called, the lady received us pleasantly and transferred us to the concerned person for further assistance. The man who was assigned to us was pleasant and he heard our requirements and arranged a meeting with us to take the deal further. All well till now. Now, after a week when we reached the place at the appointed time we were told to wait as the concerned person was not there. 3 hours we waited and not once did anyone else came to offer assistance. Finally, when our man came he rushed us in and the ‘meeting’ was only about our lacking scores and incomes and then suggesting few properties which on our searching turned out to be shabby or shady and in case of two, both. When we raised this up he went off on us abusing and accusing us of maligning their reputation and lying. Even when we showed them proofs about the properties he suggested and our references, he flat out denied all allegations and kept shouting at us and blaming us.
I seriously do not understand how they can have such great reviews when this is the kind of dealing they offer and the service is so vicious.
