In June 2013 I purchased a 1971 Mini Cooper S from Motorland. Their Web site described the vehicle as very good or excellent in every respect and they told me it had no that. Upon taking delivery in Arizona, I found that the vehicle had considerable rust, non-functioning rear brakes, and evidence of a collision. An independent certified appraiser valued the vehicle at $8,500. I paid Motorland $14,500. Motorland refuses to pay the difference.
