12/24/2018 Delivery driver a female lady in the Ann Arbor/ Ypsilanti market driving a gold sebring, covered in MR Delivery signs stopped in my business parking lot and pulled her pants down with her legs and butt sticking out of her driver side door she then pissex in my parking lot. When she pulled out to leave I stopped her and asked her to pick up the paper she used to wipe with, she and the other person riding along with her both started to yell at me as if I had done some thing wrong.

7/30/2017 – NKY Order Time: ~ 6:04PM Why call you ask? Because app doesn’t work with my address. Spoke to an individual who seemed to struggle with my order, which is fine we seemed to get through that aspect. Paid 70.XX via CC and was told 45 Min for delivery. As a family sat down to watch a movie and somewhat lost track of time I looked at my phone and I had not notifications or missed calls and it was 7:45PM I called customer support and they acted like it was no big deal and tracked the driver and stated that they weren’t too far away. Order was delivered at 7:54PM 1hr and 50 minutes from time of order. Order wasn’t correct, food was cold, and over cooked. It was clearly an issue I felt needed to be addressed at this point. All my patience and willingness to be forgiving out the window. I called and spoke to a young lady who said she was sorry and was going to talk to a supervisor. She comes back after a few minutes and she stated the supervisor was going to review the original phone call and if it warrants a refund he will call me back. I then asked what are you reviewing, I told them they could come and pick up the food and see for themselves. Which was followed by silence. I asked to speak to the supervisor so she put me on hold. Comes back in about 2 minutes saying Manager wasn’t available and she would have him call me back. And 3.5 hours later still no call 😉 Buyer beware, Mr. Delivery is in the wrong business.

After placing my order, I received a message about 20-30 min delay on top of 45-60 min delivery time. With this change being inconvenient to my schedule, I called in asking (respectfully!) whether I could cancel the order. I was told the kitchen was already prepapring my order, I could no longer cancel it. I had no choice but wait for the order to arrive. When it arrived, a paper bag FULL of napkins was delivered to me. There was no food, just napkins. When I called Mr. Delivery again, they offered to refund the order. Not only I had to adjust my schedule to accomodate this delivery, but I get disrespected and humiliated in the end with an immature prank. I care less about who’s fault it was, and it’s not my responsibility to figure this out and take care of the problem. However, making sure that the customers are fully compensated not only for the money they spent on their food, but also for wasted time that ended up in some sort pity prank, is Mr. Delivery’s responsibilty as a business. I am not sure if just a refund is enough for me to ever use mr. Delivery services again.

Email I sent to “somebody” that may or may not exist… We use Mr Delivery a lot. Or we did. After this past experience I cannot imagine using it ever again, given the level of customer service that I received last week. Our food arrived two hours after we ordered it and it was nasty and inedible. Order #1757618 We placed an order at 7:19 and expected the hour estimated delivery time. We got a text after that hour had since elapsed that it would be another 20/30 minutes. Ok, I guess. But we were starting to not really want the food anymore. After that text time had elapsed, I called to cancel the order. We did not want the food anymore. I just wanted a refund. I was refused (customer svc: Pride?). I was told I could not cancel and that I could not get a refund. I asked to speak to a manager (Daylin?). Same thing. No refund. No cancel. Nothing he could do. He said that he would escalate the issue to my local office. I asked for that number/email to follow up in case they didn’t get back to me. I was refused this info and told to just call the same number back. The food arrived two hours after ordering. The pasta was soggy and gross. It went into the garbage. Well… no contact. So I called back the next night. I spoke to a girl (Kim?) that was really helpful and understanding. She said I should have gotten a refund that night. Unfortunately since it was the next night she could not do it but would get her manager. Daylin came back on. Was somewhat nicer this time and said he would escalate (again). This time he did give me this email address. No contact again. No surprise either. It is absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced for something like this. There are a lot of Delivery options available. The fact that I couldn’t cancel my order or get a refund for food that was late and bad is inexcusable. Especially in a new and competitive market. I’m wondering if this is even a valid email. I will continue to try to make contact just on principle. And I will be spreading the word on this service to every venue that I can.

Hi David, seems that nothing will stop you from spamming people So here is my response. 1. Your food is overpriced, its much more expensive than at the restaurants for the same item, some times more than R20 2. Your deliveries arrive most of the time cold and unpleasant and late 3. Once ure on the spamengine called Mr D you never get removed. 4. There is usually a problem with an order and its usually wrong. So there is no way Im buying from your company again. So after two weeks of emailt to you, you are still not capable of assiting me Even the management of Mr Delivery (Mr D) is not capable of keeping a promise.

I am posting this because of the fact that I have just been ” banned” from using this company just because of the fact that I have certain tastes. I am recommending that nobody else use this service. The people that they employ are very rude. I had recently ordered from them and when I checked my email I see that my order had been cancelled. I have been waiting for a delivery that my order tracking showed that the delivery will be made today on a Tuesday before 17h00 But then at 14h58 the tracker quoted “recipient was not there to take delivery” and i dont understand how as i have been home the entire day and i have not recieved an sms either. And now they state the driver can no longer return today but instead they will reschedule for another day, which i doubt i will be availabe.

I have used this service on and off when I have had no choice and can not leave the office. Mr Delivery”s service continues to decline so I am done with company. Their delivery people do not give a damn and do not provide friendly customer service. It doesn”t matter if I am missing silverware and napkins or that my order is wrong or that it to longer than the time given…this company does not care.

I made a Sunday luch order through Mr Delivery Waterglen Menlyn for Nandos. I ordered 1 quarter chicken, 1 quarter chicken meal, 1 chicken salad, chicken wings, a tab & 1 litre liquifruit grape. When the delivery guy arrived we paid him and only after he had left we realised he delivered the wrong food. I called Mr Delivery and told them what had happened and instead of listening to my complaint & putting me on hold more than 4 times Judith told me I would be black listed as a customer for complaining about them making the wrong order for my meal. She kept saying she doesn’t understand why I’m fighting about a few rands and not understanding that it wasn’t about the money but the fact that they had ordered and delivered the wrong thing which meant that I had paid for an incorrect order. Why would a customer be blacklisted for complaining about bad service? Judith even went as far as saying that this is how Mr Delivery works when dealing with ‘bad customers’, they blacklist them. What is that about? I don’t want my money back i just want people to apologise for the bad service and attitude and treating customers as if they are inconsequential. Mr Deliver officially has bad service.

I ordered Applebee”s through GrubHub and Mr Delivery was who “delivered” it. The driver calls me and tells me he is in the lobby of my hotel when in reality he hasn”t even pulled up yet. I walk to the door to meet him and he is holding his pants up with one hand as he hands me my order with the other. My food containers are all sideways in the bag with the sauce leaking out in the bag. I was extremely disappointed and if you have the option to avoid using Mr. Delivery, make sure to avoid them.

I ordered from RocoMamas Cresta crossing last night. On the APP it showed the restaurant would be ready by 19:57. I phoned the RocoMamas at 20:17 and they informed me that the driver picked up my order “ages ago) (their words). I phoned the MrD call centre at 20:20 and the guy said he would escalate and phone me back. 15min later he still did not phone or let me know anything. By this point the APP still showed the food was not picked up. I phoned the MrD call centre again at 20:34 and the lady said she would escalate again. A couple of minutes later (I watched the APP the whole time) the APP updated to show the food was picked up and that I could track the driver. The driver showed on the map immediately and he was in Windsor West (not close to the restaurant or my house). He arrived 5-10min later with the food. The food was cold, the package was damaged and the driver was “out of it”, either drunk or something else. I will NEVER use MrD again. We will order on Uber from now on. This is the second time this week MrD messed up a delivery. On Saturday night the driver did not phone when he arrived at our house and just left. VERY VERY poor customer service as well as I tipped the driver in the payment process. With Uber you wait until the driver actually delivers before doing the tip. SHOCKING Order number: [protected]

I placed an order for pizza with “NO CHEESE” – the driver arrived, was rude, shoved that box at me and took off. When I got inside the pizza had cheese on it. I placed an order with the mobile app on Saturday 19 August and paid via direct card deposit. I received notification AFTER debiting the amount, that my order was not approved and that my cash was automatically refunded. I then placed another order thinking the money was transferred back as stipulated only to again have it cancelled AFTER they debited my account. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. NOT ONLY DO YOU GUYS BLUFF CUSTOMERS BY TELLING THEM THEIR MONEY WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED BUT YOU ALSO DEBIT THE ACCOUNT PRIOR TO AN ORDER BEING ACCEPTED OR DECLINED. I understand this company may have limited available drivers to deliver food some days, but this is the fourth and last time I will be ordering from them. Having to wait over an hour for food I could easily get in less than 20 minutes is ridiculous, on top of the fees you charge for delivery. If your driver’s are not receiving minimum wage and the money is going back to you for maximum profit- shut down. You have a horrible business model. Delivering food in a timely manner, the correct order, and quality food should be your primary concern and it doesn’t seem like it is from the other complaints I see. Even the restaurants who offer delivery do better than you time wise. Will no longer be a paying customer, your prices are not worth it.
