Took my computer for upgrades plus $360 for parts. Returned it in non working condition without upgrades…graphics card, ram and power supply. Blamed service techs. Then claimed it was sent via UPS and ultimately got lost. No tracking numbers or info available. Then the excuses…lady friend injured in car accident, partner was going to pick it up at UPS-never happened. Finally no replies or call backs. He stole my computer! Without any thought of repaying/returning it. Buyer beware see the preceding complaint…he had similar issues. Phone number used is 949-302-1222 as well as 949 542 -2261

I enlisted OC PC Solutions services to restore my computer’s operating system which had been wiped out along with all software. He told me that he would come pick up the computer as he was in the area at a clients. He gave me an estimate and took a deposit. He was suppose to install a new OS and several software packages. He said he would try to recover what he could as far as my lost files. He later called me and told that he couldnt recover much but for an additional $150 he could do a more comprehensive recovery and perhaps he would be able to get more that way. I told him never mind and just to get my computer up and running. He charged me for a 500GB hard drive as he said mine was damged but then also called me to ask if I wanted some kind of memory bc the computer was still running slow. I again told him no and to just finish because I suspected something might be up if he kept adding to the original price. When I got my computer back things seemed to be working ok but when I tried to open up several programs they were asking me for registration keys and serial numbers which I didnt have. I called him and he said he would try to log on remotely later that evening and figure out the problem. I didnt hear from him that evening or the next. I then had to download trial versions of the software bc I needed it for work. I kept trying to contact him but he would always set up a time and then not be able to make it. Finally when my trials had expired I called him frantic because I was in the middle of a project with a tight deadline and he told me he was on vacaiton. He suggested I unistall the programs he had installed and then reinstall them telling me he left the installation folder on my desktop. This was a lie. I unistalled the software as he suggested but could not find any kind of installation folder anywhere on my computer. After going back and forth with him several times he just stopped responding after tell me his was on vacation yet again. I have since heard from him and have had to pay for additonal software. No matter how good his prices seem, dont trust him. You will end up paying for it in the end. His common name is Jeff but the name on the check he asked me to make it out to was Pak Wong. His cell phone number is and his invoice address is different than on his website which Mission Viejo, CA 92691
