Beware of onetravel when you see taxes/fees on their contract with a corresponding dollar reduction in coupon discount, hotel discount plus your credit card charge. It looks like you are getting a good deal. However onetravel”s taxes/fees are not the hotels taxes/fees and you will be charged by the hotel when you get to your destination (Even though your contract will say otherwise). This is a scam to get you to book with onetravel so that they can get your credit card fee up front.

Booking # [protected] Jan 28, 2020, roundtrip Yvr-Doh 10:25am flight I bought a ticket from your website for Jan 28, roundtrip yvr-doh leaving at 10:25am(Vancouver time). I got an email stating my itinerary. On the day of the flight, upon checking-in, they couldn’t find my booking. I called your customer support and he said that the payment didnt go through, which means the transaction was void because he proceeded on offering me to book the same flight at a much higher price, since the previous price is not available anymore. I didnt say yes, I said I will think and requested a call back. I wasn’t able to answer the call back because I was busy and I was looking for a cheaper flight to compare your prices with! 10-15 minutes before 10:25am, an alert for the credit card stated that money was used to purchase a ticket, simultaneously, I received an email stating the booking for that flight. Obviously I can’t be on the flight with that span of time. I wasn’t able to call your agent back because I was busy. Please refund that money, I didt not receive the services you were offering so I want my money back! My vacation was ruined and I was in a lot of unnecessary stress, thanks to your company! Thank you

Booking #[protected] & [protected] Tried to cancel the reservation because the credit card got declined and told to hold the charges on the phone to the new credit card but the agent hang up and charged to another credit card. Called right back and the agent said it was charged already so had to charge the cancellation fee. Very disappointed with how the agent hang up on me and charged the tickets which I told him to hold.

Dear One Travel, We booked a flight via your website (Flight #432 & #433 Confirmation code RDVP2G – Booking #[protected]) on February 7, 2018. Our flight from Toronto, Canada via Air Canada (flight AC92) to Santiago, Chile was delayed and as a result it caused us to miss the flight booked with One Travel. We called One Travel to seek assistance as we were stuck in the Airport with a 9 month old baby and all they could tell us is that if we miss the flight, there was nothing that could be further arranged, nor could we salvage the flight back and/or credit. Having missed our flight, not having any assistance from the agency we booked with and being told our return flight was cancelled also, we under duress had to book a completely new flight with another agency to get us to our destination. It was and still is extremely disappointing to know that your agency could not assist us in any way or direct us with any information in our time of need. Not speaking the language and being in a foreign country was very difficult and stressful. How is it possible that we could not use the return flight? The entire booking process with your agency has been very disappointing and we will not be using this site for any future arrangements, nor would I ever recommend it to friends/family. I would like to receive a full refund for the ticket that we purchased that we were not able to use. I can provide details of the other flight we had to purchase and spend $850US if needed. Dear Sir, I have received sms from my bank about transaction from your company, I immediately contacted customer service by the chat service who asked me to contact billing service. I have contacted billing service by email they replied me they can not cancel I should contact customer service. Story goes on and again I got sms from my bank about transactions from your company so I called customer service who asking several questions to finally ask me to call the billing service, then after insisting to talk to supervisor they kept me on the phone for 30mn on roaming so I called again they kept me on the phone for 20mn !! Dear sirs, I am tired of this run around game and am requesting my $671.42 usd money back. I never got the rental car in morelia mexico because the agent at the desk wanted a $4000.00 dollar deposit on the car he also wanted 375 a day for insurance. Now I have made a lot of calls to you and to sixt. Sixt is telling me you have my money and need to refund me. If I do not hear back from you in a fair amount of time I am turning the matter over to my attorney and I will have him charge you for his fees. DO NOT BUY TICKETS ON ONE TRAVEL. USE THEM FOR SEARCH AND BOOK WITH THE AIRLINES INSTEAD. I have used OneTravel since 2013. The search provided me with more options and better prices than any other online airfare search website. I could find better fares than the airlines offered directly. I could pay in my currency and have a great deal. NOT ANYMORE. This week I have booked a flight and when I looked at my credit card statement it actually cost me more than what I would have paid on the same day to the airline directly. Right after I booked the flight, OneTravel sent me an email saying this: “Great news: we found a lower price for your Airline Ticket(s) to Los Angeles. It”s the same exact itinerary (travel dates, airports, passengers airlines & flights) you already booked – for less! If you”d like us to rebook at the lower price, just click the button below. We”ll immediately send you a OneTravel Gift Card for $51.00* – good toward any future flight booking with OneTravel.” I clicked the button and there was no gift card, no email re-confirming my booking at a lower price, not even a confirmation that my booking still exists. I had to spend 1 hour talking to their customer service that kept forwarding me from one person to another not knowing what to do. The Customer service is outsourced to India and that does not help with understanding and confirming your bookings. Why didn”t they use a call center in USA? This frustrating call experience made me even angrier. On top of this waste of time and money, I checked the airline website while waiting for their outsourced customer service reps to figure out what is happening. I could have rebooked my flight on the airline directly with an upgrade to business class for the same money OneTravel charged me. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM WITH YOUR BUSINESS.

The money has been taken from my account ( no problem there ) the return flight with aer lingus has all been confirmed ( no problem there ) however because I had to give my email address ( as above )with my bank details etc, ryanair are not acknowledging to my sister theresa.[protected]@gmail.com for the outgoing flight Dub-Alicante even though I gave her email address as the forwarding address for all correspondence and tickets etc. My sister is in stage 3 of MS and really is not handling the stress of the last three days of trying to talk and deal with people in both ryanair and onetravel so I need a conclusion to this situation post haste please, yours sincerely Tommy Leacy

I advise to never use onetravel.com I used their site to book 6 tickets to Puerto Rico. While I was in the process of purchasing tickets, everything was fine and the site said that I was buying 6 tickets and they even asked for all 6 names and birthdays. However, once I had paid, they sent me a confirmation letter that said that I had only bought 1 ticket and it was a completely different time and price than the one I originally looked at! Thus, I immediatley called their company, but no one picked up. I called a second time, but still, i was on the line for 10 whole minutes. So I proceeded to email them about the mistake. However, I didnt get a reply until 2 days later with them saying that they refuse to refund me and that the entire thing was my mistake. I am still in the process of arguing this, but as of now I have lost $242. Again, I cannot warn enough to never use this company!

I am an on-line travel agent. I carefully select departure and destination cities; day, date and times of desired flights. I am looking for the most affordable flights. I booked a round trip flight for 3 from Indianapolis IND to Oranjestad Aruba. Total should have been about US $1373.00. When I printed off the confirmation was I surprised to learn the flight was over US $4, 00.00! I stayed calm and carried on- notified my credit card company- was told I needed to notify OneTravel.com first. I was on hold at least 40 minutes; went to work; finally on lunch hour I was able to cancel the flight ONLY because- I put all three tickets on a credit card that I carry a lowcredit limit on. I think I would have had tremndous trouble cancelling the air resrervations, had the charges gone through. Warning- the cancellation notification informed me it would take up to 12 WEEKS for the credit to appear on my credit card- had the charges gone through! Not only was the cost over 2 times as high- as the quoted price -I did not get the connections I had booked- one overnight in Philadelphia each way which would have reduced our Aruba time tremendously! I have always departed the US and arrived in Aruba on the same day! I had never heard of OneTravel.com so thought I would try it- never again!

I am contacting you as a very upset customer. I cancelled a trip because you one travel changed the flight I had and that was not good for me so they said I could cancel at no penalty to me. I have not received the refund I have been waiting in and need. I have contacted their representatives to no avail. They always say someone will call me back within 24-48 hours. What one travel is doing is fraudulent and I will continue to pursue it until I get all my money back. The booked tickets that they show I have in their websites for me do not even exist when I call jetblue. I have been told from jetblue that they never paid anything for those flights because they were refunded. Please help me in any way that you can!! Please see attached booking that I am talking about.

I booked an international flight and prior to booking it clearly says free cancellation within 24 hours. 2 hours later, i called and try to cancel and i was told that there’s $75 per passenger fee. I asked about the 24hour free cancellation, apparently it means, if you cancel within 24 hours then your ticket cost will be refunded even if you choose non-refundable flights. But they still charge $75 cancellation fee. For what? I did all the work online booking it, i was the one who called them, all they are going to do is click the cancel button. They are cheap and their marketing strategy is really deceiving!!! Never again!

I booked four tickets for a family vacation through OneTravel.com. When unforeseen circumstances arose and we became unable to travel, I called their Customer Assistance line to inquire about possibly crediting my account. I called three times in total, and each time, the representative from OneTravel.com became increasingly offensive. Since their cancellation/crediting system is incredibly unclear on their website, I had many questions about the process. The customer assistance representatives seemed to resent my questions and frequently spoke to me as though I had never flown, or indeed done simple math, before. They became insulting very quickly and seemed defensive. One even insisted that I should not cancel my flights and simply not show up, claiming that “the plane will fly anyway.” When I asked to speak to his manager, he claimed that that was unnecessary, and that all of the supervisors were busy. Finally, I was able to get transferred to a manager, who informed me simply that there was nothing I could do, essentially, and that my money was wasted. I’m frankly shocked at the basic level of hostility I encountered with even the simplest questions, and in the end, received very few answers. The behavior of three different representatives bordered on childish. OneTravel.com offers lower prices, but their services come at a high cost. Don’t use them.

I booked my flights online two weeks before my departure dates. At the time I booked my flights I was unable to pay online as they did not take multiple transactions. When I spoke with the agent I had on multiple occasions asked to have flights for after 5 pm on 02/15/2018. I was told over and over again it was going to be at night. They booked me on 02/19/2018 at 1255am! We totally missed our flights and we are out over 2400 dollars and no trip! I called one travel to see what else could be done and they said i was considered a no show. They said they would only credit me if i rebook fpr another flight but i had to pay the cost of airline difference and their fees which came out to be another 1200.00. They said they would review my recordings with the agents and it if was an error and miscommunication on their end they would waive and refund me back the 1200 plus difference. Today is 02/19/2018, and after several attempts to contact the manager I spoke with another agent went over the calls and transactions I had at the time of booking and paying the flights only to tell me it was my fault that the agent was correct…the is bull crap! Don”t book with one travel!

I bought 2 r/t flight from papeete to bora bora from onetravel.com. They issued tickets from papeete to raiatea. Fortunately I had taken screenshots of all steps of the order sequence. I immediately contacted them via phone (Since this is the only way to reach them) to correct the reservation or cancel it. Each time I escalated the issue with a supervisor, they refused to be of assistance unless I pay a large fee even though their policy clearly states I have 24 hours to proceed with no penalty. Since, i’ve tried many times to cancel. I discovered that numerous consumers have faced the same deceitful scheme. Airfare eticket with booking [protected] I have tried to deal with the company and I have tried to go through my bank also. Now I will be getting an attorney.

I bought a ticket from this company everything was ok until i needed to update my information, What happen is i purchase my ticket in my married name instead of maiden name which is in my passport. The thing is I have my greencard in my married name and without that i can’t re-enter the USA, i knew i needed to travel with my passport too but i taught my greencard was the main one. Anyways i was contacted by AA airline about the mistake, they told me to contact onetravel.com to make the changes which i did, this company gave me the run around for hrs then after told me that they will send in a request to get my name change. my flight is thurs today is monday nothing!!! So i contact them again, then they told me they will re-submit request to get my name change. how hard is it to change a last name?

I purchased a ticket to include flight insurance. Attempted to update my middle name and the initial fee was 50 USD with n40n hrs later 75 USD. Asked customer service about the insurance that was offered when purchasing ticket that would cover change of flight and cancellation if needed and this insurance is only available for life changing events. Missalanous fees to include the purchase of insurance that only covers you in the event of an emergency. The fees charged to add a middle name is ridiculous to include a disclaimer that the airline might charge more for the change.

I purchased several tuckets from One travel. They offer services from a Company called Interjet. The Company damages my luggage, they open my bags and stile from my bags. I reported incidents to Interjet but they take forwver just to respind to an email. They only twll you sorry and provide such documents ti file rwport. U have done so but its been over ine year. Again it happened last month. They also delayed the flights and cancelled them. I disnt save money, I lost money. One teavel knows the type of airline Interjet us and still continues to eo business with them. I have filed many complaints to intwrjet but they necer respond. One of the representatives in Mexico tils me that Interjet will take years if they respond at all. That is how they do business. No customer service. No support. All they do is keep transferring you and place you on hold.. stop doing business with such airline. You rwpresent them and you are respinsible for their actions.. I will continue to file complaints aboutcOnectravel and anybody else who still havecIntwrjet as a product.. they are the worst I have seen in the industry. I teacel every month and get ti see how different airlines operate. You can make a difference. Customers like me and my family keep you in business

I have tried to get in contact with them several times the last two days on phone and e-mail, but it seems impossible to get a hold of them. Now I’m just really frustrated and don’t know if I got a ticket or not. I just want to get a ticket from another company, but I can’t afford to have onetravel on my back demanding money from a booking I never received any confirmation on. Do I have any legal rights here?
