They should either stop doing business or do it all over again with some new and improved strategies. The staff is very rude and confrontational. How am I saying all this with so much confidence? I have dealt with them in the recent days and trust me the team is a load of crap. Fucking bastards care only for money and can be as useless as possible at the same time. You will be charged extra for questions about your vehicle or if you call for a follow-up. The label for these extra charges would be “service charge”. The office is just nothing but FILTH!! They are literally a living example of a devil in disguise. They have issues in every department. Seriously you will regret every step forward you move if you have hired them. They make a bulk of promises on their website and have a lot of good reviews (which I might call paid) but my experience with them was a fucking crappy one. If you really want to save your time and money, go to some other place for your concerns. Want your vehicle to be useless without doing anything yourself? Please hire Orange Auto Transport. They are experts in ruining your car and turning it into a load of trash.
A lot of customer reviews can be witnessed on the internet regarding their useless performance. Some say they have very poor customer service and some talk about their “not on time” delivery. Well, I had both of these problems when I hired them about two weeks ago. I am sitting at their office right now and witnessing a careless and restless attitude in the staff members. I hired them to move my cars to Washington and hiring them was a struggle. Pathetic customer service made it a struggle or else taking an address to pick up from and deliver to is not that big a deal. After the confirmation email, I have been waiting for the driver to come and pick up my car but there is no sign of him. I called to inquire but the representative from the customer support had bigger tasks than dealing with customers. She was rude when I asked her about the carrier. She said I have to deliver my car to them. I reminded her that I asked for a door to door shipping of my car but she confronted till the very last moment and I decided to start from the beginning. I asked her to change the detail and send the carrier. The driver arrived two days late and after a lot of calls. The delivery time is three days after receiving but my driver was pretty lousy and delivered the car after five days. I have never seen such an irresponsible attitude. I get relocated due to my office and I have been hiring different firms for my car but this has been my WORST experience. They do not deliver what they commit, confront the customers as if they are the only ones who know everything about everything.
